DUE TO THE OMICRON THREAT, the Local IATF will re-impose the RTPCR test requirement for inbound travelers, regardless of vaccination status, if they come from areas with higher alert level status than that of ZAMBOANGA CITY, currently at alert level 2. Implementation of this policy will start
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 12.

The following are the specific requirements:
FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS FROM AREAS WITH HIGHER ALERT LEVEL STATUS
• Valid ID with authentic vaccine card
• Authentic negative RT-PCR test result within 120 hours (5 days)
from date of specimen collection or authentic negative Rapid
Antigen Test from DOH-accredited facility 24 hours from date of
specimen collection
• Apply for an S-PaSS

FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS COMING FROM AREAS WITH THE SAME OR LOWER ALERT LEVEL STATUS
• Valid ID with authentic vaccine card
• Apply for an S-PaSS

NON-VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS OR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT ACHIEVED FULLY VACCINATED STATUS
• Valid ID, authentic negative RTP-PCR test result within 120 hours
(5 days) from date of specimen collection and must be taken at
the point of origin
• Apply for an S-PaSS

ALL REQUIREMENTS shall be presented to the border personnel upon arrival.

Inbound travelers, regardless of vaccination status, may be subjected to RANDOM ANTIGEN TESTING upon entry through the airport, seaport or land border.

TRAVEL UPDATE

Senior citizens (65 years old and above) and children below 18 years old may now finally fly to spend time with families in different AirAsia Philippines destinations.

A Metro Manila Council Resolution No. 21-24 issued 19 October 2021 is likewise allowing intra and inter zonal travel for these age groups. Senior citizens and minors must be accompanied by parents or guardians.

To date, 12 AirAsia Philippines destinations: Bacolod, Bohol, Boracay, Cebu, Cagayan De Oro, Davao, General Santos, Iloilo, Kalibo, Puerto Princesa, Tacloban, Zamboanga have started to accept senior citizens and minors below 18 years old.

FOR ALL PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO THE PHILIPPINES

Due to the current COVID-19 situation, the Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) is requiring all arriving passengers, including children, to complete an Electronic Health Declaration Card (E-HDC).

Step 1: Scan
Scan the QR Code with the camera of your smartphone. The Electronic Health Declaration Card (E-HDC) form will appear on your screen.

Step 2: Fill Out
Provide all necessary details, including your personal information, health status, and travel history.

Step 3: Submit
After completing, click the "SUBMIT" button.

Step 4: Save a Copy
Upon completion of your registration, please ensure to save a copy of your unique BOQ QR code and transaction number, which you need to present before boarding and upon arrival in Clark.

Sa bag-ong Executive Order No. 33 nga gipagawas sa local nga gobyerno sa Butuan agi og giya sa Modified Enhance Community Quarantine o MECQ, nakalatid nga ang mga fully vaccinated nga pasahero gikan NCR magpakita lang og COVID 19 Domestic Vaccination Card aron dili na pangitaan og negative RT-PCR test o Rapid Antigen Test result.

Gitaasan usab ang lugway sa curfew hours diin mag sugod na kini sa 12MN hangtud 4AM sugod sa July 16.

Ang liquor ban gibalik sa alas 5 sa hapon hangtud alas 5 sa buntag. Gawas ani nga mga orasa, pwede na usab maka pamalit og liquor. Apan ang pag inom niini buhaton lamang sulod sa panimalay.

Padayon gihapon ang mga mosunod nga guidelines:

1. Padayon ang paggamit sa color coded quarantine pass sa 3 ka adlaw;
2. Padayon nga pwde mo gawas sa balay ang mga 18 years old hangtud 65 years old. Ang mga above 65 years old, mga buros, ug mga PWD pwede lamang mogawas sa Miyerkules ug Domingo;
3. Padayon nga ginadili ang mga mass gatherings;
4. Pwede lamang tugutan ang mga government essential gatherings ug humanitarian activities;
5. Ang mga kan-anan abre sa 100% ang delivery o take out, 50% outdoor dining, ug 10% sa indoor dining;
6. Padayon ang individual outdoor exercise.

Gi-awhag ang publiko nga padayunon ang striktong pagsunod sa minimum public health standards sama sa pagsuot og face mask ug face shield, paghugas sa mga kamot, paglikay sa tapok tapok, pag physical distancing, ug sa pag sigurado nga adunay maayo nga airflow sa lugar.
