If those guys caught your attention then you must reserve your spot on our 2024 vegan-friendly tour to Kenya & Tanzania!
For 10 days, we will have TONS of opportunities to see some of nature's most beautiful creatures, from Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya to the Serengeti in Tanzania!
But one of the most incredible things we will experience is the Great Migration in the Maasai Mara!
As the seasons change and the rains come and go, millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles embark on an awe-inspiring journey across the open savannah.
The Maasai Mara's vast grasslands become a sea of wildlife as the animals follow their ancient instincts, seeking fresh pastures and water.
This is definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and a custom itinerary you won’t find anywhere else!

♥️🇺🇦 stand with Ukraine and value democracy
🇺🇦🇺🇦 I've never been to the Ukraine, but it's always been on my list after hearing about it's beauty and progress from a friend...she grew up there, during Soviet control, and still has family there. She would always share how proud she was of the country's progress and would light up sharing stories of the experiences of her kids returning. They get to experience a Ukraine that she dreamed of as a kid.
That is until this week. Her light was replaced with fear for her family and the return to a way of life that forced her to the US.
Her story isn't unique. There are millions of people fearing for themselves and their families right now and the world can't just sit back and wait for sanctions to take effect. Something that will do damage in a month is meaningless to the people who are suffering today. If we value democracy, we can't let Ukraine fall.
I know it feels like we as individuals can do very little but aside from using our voices we can also support organizations supporting Ukrainians. You can make a donation to UNICEF, Doctors Without Borders, Voices of Children, Sunflower of Peace - there's a great NPR article outlining many organizations who can use your support. ♥️
There are many, many myths about a vegan diet aside from soy giving men man boobs! Here are a few more that are fake news! 1. You can't get enough protein on a vegan diet. 2. You have to drink milk to get enough calcium. (ew, gross) 3. You have to eat meat to get enough B12 or iron. (ew, gross, again) 4. Being a vegan is restrictive & boring (have you seen my photos!?). 5. We're designed to eat meat! (Lol. Compare human teeth to that of a true carnivore 🤣) 6. Veganism is only for white hippies. #vegan
