Simple curriculum for WING FOIL “magic carpet” like sport… Train with us, with theses simple progression/stepping stones:
Day 1 - land simulation, then water with wing and big board with centerboard.
Day 2 - intensive LIFT efoil session.
Day 3 - wing with foil in deep, safe water.
Day 4 - buy the right gear and train!!!
