BEFORE YOU FLY AND DURING CHECK-IN

1. Lahat ng pasahero ay dapat magparehistro sa Bureau of Quarantine e-Health Declaration Card (e-HDC) kabilang ang mga bata. I-declare ang personal information, health status, at travel history.

Ang lahat ng mga pasahero ay dapat magparehistro sa portal ng One Health Pass sa loob ng 48 oras bago ang pag-alis. Bibigyan ka ng BAR Code kapag naisumite at natanggap na ang COVID-19 test (RT-PCR/Antigen) at ang talaan ng sertipiko ng pagbabakuna. Punan ang lahat ng kinakailangan, kasama ang e-HDC 24 na oras bago ang oras ng pag-alis. Upang matiyak na kwalipikado ka para sa express lane, dapat mong suriin ang iyong pagpaparehistro 4 na oras hanggang 1 oras bago umalis. Maaari kang magpakita ng alinman sa BAR code o QR Code sa pag-check-in.

2. Sa pag-check-in, lagdaan ang Declaration and Waiver Form na ipinakita sa pag-check-in, na nagsasaad na ikaw ay malusog at angkop na maglakbay.

DURING THE FLIGHT

3. Sagutan ang Bureau of Customs Form, OWWA Care Slip, at Arrival Card.

4. Ensure that the copy of your One Health Pass QR code is available for presentation upon arrival. If you do not have it yet, please refer to step 1 – Before You Fly.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

5. All passengers must proceed to your assigned arrival gate.

6. Undergo a temperature check, present the BOQ One Health Pass QR Code and your proof of vaccination to the dedicated Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) representative for re-verification at the Department of Transportation One-Stop-Shop (OSS).

7. For fully vaccinated passengers, you may proceed to immigration for your clearance.

8. For unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers, you must proceed to hotel verification booth.

9. For passengers who are required to undergo facility-based quarantine, Proceed to the hotel desk and present your vaccine card and certificate. Hotel coordinators shall verify your hotel booking or assist you in your reservation if you have not made one yet. You shall also make the transportation arrangement to your hotel at these desks. If you have not made a pre-arranged hotel transfer, accredited taxis are available. A sticker will be placed at the back of your passport upon verification.

10. Clear with immigration and submit the Arrival Card.

11. Proceed to your respective desks for your quarantine hotel assignment:

For land-based OFWs and your dependents, proceed to the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Desk. Present the OHP QR code and submit the OWWA Project Care Slip.
For sea-based OFWs and your dependents, proceed to the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Desk

12. Claim your baggage at the designated carousel and clear with Customs Check. Submit the Bureau of Customs Form.

13. For fully vaccinated passengers, you may proceed to your home/hotel.

14. For unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers, exit the terminal and wait for your shuttle/bus that will take you to your assigned hotel.

READ: 250 AIRPORT PROJECTS COMPLETED UNDER THE DUTERTE ADMINISTRATION

Advanced air connectivity and mobility in the country, and to the rest of the world—this has been the aim of the Department of Transportation (DOTr), under the visionary leadership of Secretary Art Tugade, since taking office six years ago.

Thus, the Department has been relentless in working above and beyond to pursue this mandate and remains unstoppable in building new gateways and rehabilitating existing ones up to the last day of office.

Since the advent of the Duterte Administration in 2016, the DOTr, together with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), and the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), has COMPLETED 250 AVIATION AND AIRPORT PROJECTS.

The completed projects include the new passenger terminal of the Clark International Airport, the new and world-class Bicol International Airport, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Bohol-Panglao International Airport, Puerto Princesa International Airport, Zamboanga International Airport, Catarman Airport, Calbayog Airport, Siquijor Airport, General Santos Airport, Ormoc Airport, Virac Airport, Camiguin Airport, Butuan Airport, among others.

Moreover, wasting no time at all and even in the final stretch of the current administration, the DOTr’s Aviation and Airports Sector continued to oversee the developments at the NAIA, Vigan Airport, Surigao Airport, Siargao Airport, and Davao International Airport.

Other notable projects for the country’s aviation and airports include the establishment of the long-delayed Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM), as well as the night-rating of 23 commercial airports, in a bid to increase the operational efficiency of airports and reduce daytime flight congestion.

To recall, among the longstanding issues that the DOTr has resolved are the incidents of “Laglag-Bala” and “Bukas Bagahe” in airports. From being tagged as ‘world’s worst airport,' the NAIA has been recognized as one of the world's 'most improved in the world.'

As what Secretary Tugade previously remarked, “This is what we have done— build the airports, improve it, modernize it, make it world-class.”

At the DOTr, we remain driven to deliver, serve, and build for the Filipino people, with a vision of making their lives comfortable and convenient.

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea is very excited to announce that the Korean Government will allow visa-free entry to Jeju Island and Yangyang starting 1 June 2022.

For Jeju, Filipino tourists are allowed to enter the beautiful island via direct flights only and stay up to 30 days.

Some airlines are reportedly planning to schedule direct flights from the Philippines to Jeju soon.

However, tourists are not permitted to travel to other regions outside Jeju.

For Yangyang, Filipino tourists are required to book a group tour program arranged by a designated travel agency.

They are allowed to stay up to 15 days and travel around the cities and places in Gangwon Province and Seoul Metropolitan Area only.

Please be advised that they must travel back to the Philippines via the Yangyang International airport.

Please note that foreign tourists are still required to comply with the existing health protocols.

Please visit the Embassy’s website for more information on the eligibility for the visa-free entry to Korea as well as the health protocols.

PRRD extends MRT-3 'Libreng Sakay' program until June 30.

The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has extended the free ride for riders of the Metro Rail Transit-3 until June 30 this year.

DOTr Sec. Art Tugade said the extension is part of the government assistance to commuters in Metro Manila amid the series of increase in the prices of oil products since December last year which has been affecting the prices of basic commodities too.

“We want to continuously assist to our kababayan amid this series of increase in the prices of basic commodities and fuel products,” said Tugade.

The free MRT ride, ordered by President Duterte, started on March 28 to celebrate the significant improvement in the MRT services following the aggressive rehabilitation and procurement of additional trains.

It was supposed to end in May 30 but Tugade said the recent decision is to extend it until June 30, the day President Duterte steps down from Malacanang.

As of May 24, the DOTr revealed that more than 15 million MRT riders have benefitted from the free ride program.

Presumptive president Bongbong Marcos wants free health insurance for 12 million senior citizens of the country, in addition to their pension.

Currently, some of the benefits senior citizens receive are the 20 pecent discount and VAT exemption on medicines, food fare and even doctors fees and hospital bills.
