Our Christmas inspired flavour Gin from 🎄

Taking inspiration from the traditional sloe gin liqueur, this gin pays homage to the humble mulberry tree which has been a familiar sight in the English countryside for centuries. It is made with Boodles Gin, mulberries and other carefully selected botanicals including rosemary, nutmeg and sage. A flavourful gin with a sweet flavour profile, it has notes of raspberry and currant balanced with herbal undertones and a hint of piney juniper on the finish.

Kicking off the weekend with our flavour of the week, Navy Strength Lime Gin from 🙌

Launched in Spring 2020, this delightfully vibrant gin is inspired by the citrus fruits that would have descended down the river Thames from distant lands as the British Empire flourished. Bottles at Navy Strength which gives a rounded palate that balances the zing of lime with the depth of traditional juniper-forward botanicals.

Ah yes - The Gin Spritz!

Ingredients

25 ml Bombay Sapphire
15 ml Martini Bitters
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml Honey syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
1/2 orange wheel

Method
Pour into spritz glass with fresh ice.
Fully fill the glass with cubed ice & top with Fever-Tree Tonic Water.
Gently fold/stir to combine then garnish with ½ orange wheel. Enjoy!

Oh why hello!! Happy Friday and you can thank us and later 😍

This new creation from Atom Brands that combines two of our nations great favourites. Gin & Jaffa Cakes!

Distilled at 42% this is a ‘proper gin’ with ‘proper flavour’

It is distilled with oranges, fresh orange peel, cocoa powder and actual Jaffa Cakes!!!

On the nose it is deliciously juniper forward, the scent of dark chocolate comes bounding through, mixed with rich citrus.

Now Atom Brands state that it makes the best Negroni and buy it to the test!

They followed their recipe and it didn’t disappoint. This is especially good if you find Negronis too bitter. The rich citrus forward notes and earthy chocolate work well with the Campari and Vermouth.

25ml Jaffa Cake Gin
25ml Campari
25ml Vermouth

Fill a tumbler glass with ice, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with orange and a Jaffa Cake! (Jaffa Cakes must be consumed, it’s a must!)

Gin Facts - The Gimlet

In the old days, sailing the open seas was not just for relaxing vacations. The threat of death by disease was prominent. The Royal Navy mixed gin with lime juice to prevent scurvy, the lack of vitamin C. This drink would soon be known as the Gimlet!

Ingredients: One part sweetened Lime Juice, Four parts Gin
Preparation: Mix and serve.
Garnish with a slice of lime.
Served: Straight or on the rocks
Standard garnish: Lime
Drinkware: Cocktail glass

Released in partnership with the Royal Horticultural Society to protect our pollinators, Warner's (formerly Warner Edwards) Honeybee Gin is crafted with 28 botanicals, including lavender, rose and a dollop of honey from our farm’s own beehives.

For a perfect G&T, serve the Honeybee Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon or fresh sage leaves.
