These guests just joined Airbnb & had no reviews yet, which some hosts wouldn’t want to accept the booking. Personally, I don’t mind new guests & these guests were great! They were easy to communicate with, left the home clean & wrote this really nice note.

Side note ~ I’ll have to google “Tears for Fears” concert because I have no idea what that is.

The Retreat at DTW, just walking distance to Downtown Willoughby. This is such a cute place that’s perfect for out of town guests, clients that are in between moves, even yourself for a little get away.

The LakeHouse at Sunset Park offers 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, enclosed front porch, large vaulted Great Room, big concrete patio off Great Room that has a gorgeous view of Lake Erie & sunsets. It’s 1500 square feet & sleeps up to 6 guests.

These were guests who visited from Alaska to attend a wedding in Kirtland.

I also love the “Treehouse” at the Retreat. It has a twin bed with cute bedding, chair, string lights, star gazing machine & books. A kids perfect escape.

Another raving review from guests who stayed at Sunset Suite. ❤️❤️ 2 sisters came into town to enjoy a little get away & visit Downtown Willoughby. They said they had the best margaritas at Sol and had an exceptional experience at Hook & Hoof.

I‘m proud to say that I already have 23 bookings on the LakeHouse at Sunset Park Airbnb & I just started allowing guests to stay last month! 😮

Sunset Suite, which is above the LakeHouse Airbnb already has 44 bookings since I allowed stays in January. 💥🤯

And I’ve had at least 3 bookings where the guests booked both Sunset Suite and LakeHouse at Sunset Park for a large group of people. LakeHouse at Sunset Park can accommodate 6 guests while the Sunset Suite is 4 guests.

We put new windows in the kitchen at the LakeHouse at Sunset Park. We originally put a window that opened but decided the picture window was the better option. Wouldn’t you agree?
