I asked a local, "Is this heaven" he said "no it's Swan Reach" SA . Lovely RV park near the ferry with a toilet and dump point. Potable water tap is over the ferry at the day use park toilet- Len Whitley Reserve. Nice cafe and "The Swanny" Hotel serves the second coldest beer on tap in SA.🙂🙂

Greenock SA, near Nuriootpa in the Barossa valley. A nice park/cricket club, all facilities available for a $5 donation. Staggering distance from about 5 cellar doors 🤣

Port Broughton SA have out done themselves with this great little RV camp just outside the town. Heaps of room with a great entertainment area, camp kitchen Bar, dog park... Bring 2 x $2 coins for 80 litres of water and a $10 donation. Gotta use your own toilet..

The Old Burra Gaol, 1856 - 1922, made memorable with the movie Breaker Morant in 1976 .
They built stuff well back then, with the iron rich slate rock, it's not going anywhere for quite some time.

Only 115km from home, "Hamley Bridge" didn't disappoint. The football oval allows camping and has all the things you need. A 2 hour walk covered all bases.

Bowman Park, donation camp near Crystal brook SA
bit shady for solar but we managed to get enough in with our setup. Lovely place to stay 48 hours.

Jian's been busy in the office again. Dinner; vegetable,egg flan rice noodle, wombok cabbage, black fungas, tofu gan, salt pork, egg pork dumplings soup. So good. 🙂

Solar upgrade is working well, I'm happy. Jian's finished cooking, and now we can run the fridge all day on 240v to save a little gas. Still 100% 💪

Because we plug our inverter output into the caravan 15A socket, I can't stress the safety aspect of this enough. Most inverters after 2014 have the 240v earth pin wired to the casing. The inverter casing has an earth point to be connected to the caravan chassis. The earth is still not a full earth so the 10A inverter 240v out goes through an ampfibian safety switch. This safety switch has saved our bacon a few times when using an induction cooker with a faulty plug (earth leakage) . We replaced the cooker and all is ok.
As always, get work done checked by a sparky. An RVD and RCD is recommended by a lot of people.
