Picture this... You wake up in a jungle environment, to the sound of the ocean. Roll out of bed onto your yoga mat and start the day with a delicious enlivening flow. As you lay in savasana the sweet smells of breakfast waft past your nostrils and you emerge from your yoga bliss bubble to breakfast served overlooking the beautiful beach with views of the Byron Lighthouse. After breakfast you're presented with two choices, lay in a hammock and watch or head to the beach for a surf lesson. Hair salty and smiles wide you emerge from the waves, or from your hammock slumber, to a bright and colourful spread of lunch served again outside on our beachfront deck. Post lunch you might decide to read a book, go for a swim or enjoy a sauna, whirlpool bath or even a massage. As the afternoon winds down it's time to pick your energy back up with a fun and friendly workout and then ground it back down with a yin and meditation practice. You'll emerge yet again from your bliss bubble to a delicious spread of food awaiting you under the setting sun. You might choose an early night, a pre-bed sauna or whirlpool bath or to sit and chat with your new found friends. The best part? You get to wake up the next day and do it all over again.
