As you enter this luxurious villa, you will be welcomed by a two story foyer with a fairytale staircase and 12ft ceilings throughout the first floor. You’ll find the dining room on the left with comfortable seating for 8 around an elegant dining table. Walk through the custom curved archway into the gourmet fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large prep island, stainless steel appliances, Keurig coffee bar, seating for 4 at the breakfast bar, and additional seating for 2 at the breakfast nook. There’s room for everyone in the open concept kitchen/family room, which comfortably seats 15 throughout the space. The whole crew can relax and enjoy the 60” SMART TV in this open living space.
Walk through the sliding doors to the private lanai where you can enjoy the cool breezes from the tropical fans as everyone finds a comfortable seat with 6 loungers, 8 dining seats, 2 additional seats, and a kids table for 4. Work up a sweat playing table tennis or challenge a friend to a game on the life size connect 4 board. Take a dip in the pool to cool off or shoot some hoops, while enjoying the relaxing sounds from the spillover spa. Relax in the warm spa and enjoy the ambiance of the led lighting in the pool and spa at night. Never miss the big game or enjoy movie night poolside on the 70” outdoor SMART TV. Grill a delicious meal on the outdoor summer kitchen, which is sure to please poolside.
Step back inside through the attached 1/2 bath and dry off. Down the hall the little ones will love their own hidden pirate and princess play space for them to explore. Little pirates will love their pirate ship shaped tent, which leads to hidden pirate treasure. Little princesses will love their pink princess tent, where they can dress up and have a pretend tea party. Across the hallway find the downstairs master suite, with King pillow top mattress, private lanai access: a favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee or a sunset drink, 60” SMART TV with Apple TV 4K, sitting area, walk-in closet, large en-suite with jetted tub, separate shower with bench and hand held shower head, double sink with extra countertop space, makeup vanity and stool, luxurious bath sheet towels, and private water closet.
Before heading upstairs, walk down the hallway to find the arcade/theater ready to entertain the crew for hours with two Super Bikes 2 for competitive racing, skee ball, and basketball arcade games. Get comfortable on the sectional couch and watch your favorite movie or play PlayStation 4 on the big screen with surround sound. While the kids are enjoying themselves, throw a load in the wash down the hall in the laundry room, which is equipped with washer, dryer, steamer, and iron.
