Update on Walt Disney World operations during hurricane Milton:

Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom will be closing at 1 PM on Oct 9

Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Disney Springs will be closing at 2 PM on Oct 9

The parks will likely remain closed on Oct 10, as well as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party being cancelled for Oct 10

So many new Walt Disney World attractions have been announced at D23!

-An all new parade at Magic Kingdom called Disney Starlight

-Frontierland in Magic Kingdom will be getting 2 new Cars attractions, one being a thrilling race through the mountains and the other being more family friendly

-Magic Kingdom is finally getting a VILLAINS LAND!! It includes 2 major attractions, rides and shopping

-Monsters Inc Land at Hollywood Studios, with Disney’s first ever suspended roller coaster

-Dinoland USA in Animal kingdom is being reimagined to include an Indiana Jones ride, an Encanto themed carousel, as well as Casita from Encanto. Inside Casita will be a ride-through attraction featuring Antonio’s jungle room

-A Zootopia themed show replacing Its Tough To Be A Bug at Animal Kingdom

I am sooo excited for the future of the Walt Disney World Resort and can’t wait to see it all come to life!

If you could theme the iconic Rock 'N' Rollercoaster to anything, what would you change it to?? I personally think it's perfect just the way it is, but I love hearing other people's ideas. A Powerline Max concert or Hannah Montana concert were a couple ideas that I've heard and can agree with.

Cape May Cafe for breakfast is such an underrated character meal at Walt Disney World. This restaurant is located in Beach Club Resort near EPCOT, and offers a delicious breakfast buffet. This is a beach themed restaurant, so you'll meet some classic characters in their best beach outfits and the interactions are always great! Lucky for you, since this restaurant is so underrated it's not as hard to snag a reservation as some other character breakfasts.

Make sure to stop and see the Knight Bus during your next trip to Universal Studios Orlando. This is a great interaction with the bus driver and shrunken head (who has quite the sense of humor) AND this is an actual prop used in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
