Leh!!!. What a destination.nature has given its full bounties to this place tucked high up in the Himalayas. 13000' and above. Passes, Khardungla the highest in the world at 18400' plus many more. The great Pangong lake, inkpot blue plus many mo re hues as the sun castes it's shadows behold it turns khaki brown or parrot green.
And then the mountains ohh they r to die for standin proudly bereft of any greenery, facing the vagaries of weather that has lashed over them for a million years n more carving mind boggling shapes, with sky blue weather the mountain pics are spectacular.

A night on the Blue waters a brand new area in Dubai near the creek with the Dubai Eye. Very happening place with restaurants and a promenade which over looks the new dubai cruise terminal.

A visit to the zoo in Dubai spread over a sprawling 300 acres in Desert territory is this lush manmade Oasis. When u have the will n the funds you can do these mini miracles.

Hi my dear friends,with these difficult times tge world is going thru,yours truly is grounded at home.myvjapan trip is postponed to next year. Tomorrow or maybe Sunday I shall become a Shanoky,that's what the Irish call their story tellers and write a blog on my trip to Ireland one of my most favourite countries and the greenest country on this planet. Good morning from mahableshwar.divine weather, 100 years old parsi hotel the Dina. Room with a view of the lake.strolling thru the old bazaar, jostling with tourists and strawberries on cream,chanas and sing,leather chappals and mojris, yes time has stood still in this quaint little bazaar.

Good morning 🌞 guys sorry was off the radar for a couple of days. Landed back to jolly old mumbai.after a hectic 10 day trip to burma.today sharing with you pics of our day cruise to lake inle,it's burmas second largest lake. Very unuque and charming as there are several thousand people having permanent homes on stilts in the middle of the lake., They fish in their own boats, by rowing with their legs as u will see. Grow vegetable in the floating gardens,go to work in cheroot and silk and lotus weaving factories all these in the middle of the lake.irs honestly a tourist delight.

It was our last day in Baghan today. We started the day with a visit to the local market for some cheap shopping.the ladies in the group had a field day with bargaining and getting excellent deals and crowing a bout the same.
Then there was a visit to this stunning Golden Pagoda followed again by more shopping. Later after lunch we headed for. Some more shopping,which was followed lunch.
Then there was a visit to one more Pagoda called the Pagoda of the sleeping Buddha.
And tgwn came ggd highlight of the day,a one hour horse Carriage ride taking us through this unique landscape of Pagoda and stupas in all shapes and sizes the day ended watching a glorious sunset.
Tomorrow we head to lake inle by an early morning flight.

Good morning 🌞 todaywe are in the city of Baghan.irs z region dotted with more than 4400 pagodas of different shapes and sizes.Avery unique place as the local guide says u stand in any direction point a finger and it'll point at a stupa.yesterday we visited the no. 1 stupa of the region the Ananda Phraya Pagoda complex.,which has 4 Buddha statues in different forms of meditation in all four directions.

Uzbekistan,an exotic country in central Asia right in the middle of the ancient silk route, with ancient cities like Bukhara, Samarkhand and Khiva.its also the land of the brave warrior king Timur Lane, who had invaded India in the 14th century. Mosques of turquoise blue colours dotting the cities.abd ofcourse Tashkent the capital which has sad memories for us Indians as our beloved PM Shri Lal bahadur shastri had breathed hislast there.

Ohh my Dubai,you are an enigma,doing cloud seeding to make them pregnant with rain and when it comes down you flood your roads as you don't have storm water drains. This makes the water wait patiently till the sun takes mercy, to vaporize it back to rain. Ohh my Dubai you make lyrical in the rain.
Yes I am in my second home now to give a surprise to my darling wife to bring in our 40th anniversary. The DSF is on in full swing and the city is crawling with tourists.
Went down to the palms Jumeirah today evening to a new area called the POINTE. Tres happening place, with the Atlantis in the backdrop. Gentle breeze from the creek and the temperature at 20c, made me lyrical.
