Happy Birthday Sarah! What a fabulous night out it was, made even more special with the privilege of providing your cake. Mexican themed cake. The sugar skull was a pinata full of Smarties. All completely edible. Special thanks to Joel and Meaghan at the Beadon Bay pub for being so accommodating with me and looking after the cake!

A farewell cake for a Chevron staff member kept me busy last week. Chocolate mud and Ganache slab cake with white choc dipped strawberries. Large enough to feed 150 people. Very happy to hear, it went down a treat! Huge thanks to Anna for driving it to site and to Colin from Munro's Construction for helping me out with the cake board.

I have the best clients. My first ever leopard print cake, it was a learning curve! This was a white chocolate cake with caramel spots. Thank you Shantell Wright for the photos of the finished product. Sorry I couldn't be there today but thanks again for adding the supplied stars and number 11 in my absence. I hope it tasted great!
