[Refund Advisory Jan & Feb 2021]

For transparancy purposes, we will be posting here any refund related contents.

We have received only 1 refund transaction from Jan 1 to Feb 28, coming from Cebu Pacific and we have already reached out to the recipient of this refund. We will give an update again next month. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please understand that we are only a ticketing agent and we can only do so much to help you process your refund. We can't issue the refund ourselves because we don't have your money. And same as you, we are also dismay by the slow refund process being done by the airline companies. We ask you to please help follow up your refund to the airline companies to speed up your refund process.

We have received only 1 refund transaction this Nov 2020. The refund is coming from Philippine Airlines (PAL) and we have already contacted the receipient of this refund. As of the moment, almost 95% of my clients are still waiting for their refunds. Thank you and we apologize for the inconvinience.

Please expect deduction on your refunds as the banks are charging us refund fee.

We thank you and really appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult period. We are trying our best every week to follow up the airline companies regarding your refunds which some of you have been waiting since March. Unfortunately, we still have not received any of your refunds or travel vouchers. Despite multiple follow ups, we are still not sure when your refunds will be credited exactly. We truly apologize and would like to ask for more patience and understanding.

Note: You may validate this information by calling the airline company for updates on your refund. Just make sure to have the booking details with you before you call.
