Elsa’s Ice Castle bunk bed prototype is complete. This is just a quick and dirty model, but I think I can pull this off. The epoxy finish really make it shine. I also experimented with adding glitter. Definitely going with glitter!
Now I just need to figure out how to make it full size and if I want to make it single over single or double over double. 🤪
Today’s goal is to get the kitchen halfway presentable. There will be 10 people here this evening. 🤪
The plaster guys are just finishing up. It will look even better once the “paste” washes off in a couple days and the blue surface starts to show.
Everyone needs friends like this. I called my buddy Scott to borrow a sledgehammer. Instead he shows up in an hour and we use his car to push the door back into place. The only problem is that this temporary fix might be a little too good. The garage door opener actually works and I have less of an incentive to get it replaced right away.
Pool guys are here working their magic. Fingers crossed that none of the tile gets hidden.
