That’s a wrap for this season. Carter placed 8th at their conference meet today in the 800m. No state meet this year, but it’s in his sights for next year.

My niece finished first in the 800m and is heading to the state meet next week. Super excited to see what she can do against the top runners.

Coming off his induction to the National Honor Society on Thursday, this guy won gold in the 4x800 and 6th in the open 800 today. Times were slow due to the cold weather (no PR), but he fought hard and learning how to race.

EPIC was amazing. We still can’t get over how immersive they made all the worlds.

Mario World is sensory overload. Kids are going to want to stay there all day long. Mario Cart is my second favorite ride in the park.

Isle of Berk feels the most complete. Even without watching most of the franchise, it’s a fun place to walk around and enjoy.

Ministry of Magic definitely has a distinct Parisian feel. Watching the Fantastic Beasts series will enhance your appreciation for what they’ve done here. Very close to what they accomplished at Diagon Alley at Universal Studios.

Dark Universe is a nice attempt at involving the creatures of Universal into the park. Monster’s Unchained is a great “scare” ride. The food at the Burning Blade Tavern was fun and delicious, as was the mead. We even had the pleasure of talking with one of the Monster Hunters they have roaming the land.

Far and away the star attraction for us was Stardust Racers. I can’t wait to ride it again! EPIC is instantly one of the best parks in Orlando. Guests are going to have a great time visiting.

I highly recommend the Baguette Ratatouille Provencale from Cafe L’air De La Sirene. It was delicious and filling. Literally one of the best park food dishes I’ve had. The Dirigible Plum Juice Mocktail was our favorite. Time to watch Le Cirque Arcanus.
