That was a nice International Woman's Day.

A friend,, a man who tries to be good said to me this weekend "I am less chauvinistic than most men". It jarred.

I got an open question.

It appears that the point has now been established that, in one way of the other, women are not inferior to men.

Is it more meaningful now perhaps to talk about the beliefs and conventions which make a woman's life, and hope of being believed heavier work than it should be.

How shall we move on from over 100 years of establishing that our merit is not a moot point?

Shall we begin...

Where does cheauvenism end, and mysogny begin?

And what are the differences between personal and institutional of the same.

How far are these barriers only percieved? How far are they real?

Maybe we can move on from the debate about 'feminism' and put the spot light on what we cannot be responsible for... or are we responsible?

Seems to me, as I ripen through life, that something crucial to the mysogynistic mindset is that women are really basically, by some sort of miracle, responsible for everything that matters and hurts.

Come on. Go people.
