My husband and I are both prior military and have traveled the world, however, we have a lot more to see and love to travel when we can as a family. Please welcome Jennifer Wolfe to the M+P Team!

Jennifer grew up in Ohio but took the first of many trips to Walt Disney World when she was just three years old. As a young adult, she lived in Washington, D.C., which quickly became her favorite city in the U.S. She travels back to D.C. at least a couple of times each year and loves to help others plan their family vacations to our nation's capital.

As her kids got older, she continued their trips to Disney but added new destinations, including Europe, Canada, and Ocean City, Maryland. Their family trip to Europe was one of their best vacations ever and they loved seeing their kids' excitement as they stood outside Buckingham Palace, toured the Louvre on a scavenger hunt, and rode the (very scary!) Tower of Terror in Disneyland Paris.

She and her husband love to get away too! They have cruised the Caribbean, sailed to Bermuda, visited the Virgin Islands, and soaked in Niagara Falls, Canada together!

Jennifer says: "Planning a trip is almost as much fun as traveling, which is why I decided to become a travel advisor. I love reading travel blogs, watching travel vlogs, and keeping up with those little hidden travel gems that make a trip so magical."

Get to know Magnolia and Palm Co-Founder and Master Agent, Erica Barker!

How long have you been in the travel industry?
I have been an advisor since 2012 and an agency owner since 2021!

Favorite destination you’ve visited so far?
Gosh…how do you choose? Alaska really changed me so I think today it’s Alaska. It is such a beautiful state!

Why do you love your job?
I LOVE being a small part of a family’s best week. I get to ensure that it is fun, stress free, and everything they hoped for! I also love helping the men and women in our agency grow their own business. As a former school teacher…mentoring is in my blood!

What’s the best trip you’ve ever planned for someone?
I really love planning trips to Europe. Every single trip is custom and unique which is fun as an advisor! Not too long ago, I planned a trip to Spain for a client and they told me what they were interested in and trusted me to put together a great experience!

Would You Rather…. Work with Type A know-it-alls or someone who needs a ton of hand holding?
I really like working with both. Truthfully, with both types of clients, the goal is getting them to trust my knowledge and expertise! If we can achieve that we are good to go!

What’s your best piece of travel advice?
Find a way to get off the beaten path! Start a conversation with your server at the restaurant—they are a wealth of information. And always buy travel insurance.


What’s next on your travel itinerary?
In 3 weeks I’m visiting Hawaii for the first time! In September, we are taking some agents to experience resorts in the Dominican Republic! October will be full of training opportunities in Mexico. Next year: Vienna, Austria.

What do you do when you’re NOT planning travel?
I’m usually dreaming of my next adventure! Or…maybe I’m jamming in my car to some Taylor Swift! Recently though, I’ve rekindled my love of concerts thanks to my daughters and their obsession with music!

Get to know Magnolia and Palm Co-Founder and Master Agent, Amy Jolley!

How long have you been in the travel industry? I’ve been an advisor since 2014 and an agency owner since 2021

What’s your favorite destination you’ve visited so far? All of them!! It depends on the day you ask! Today, I’m really missing France! Yesterday it was Jamaica!🤣

Why do you love your job?
Now, I don’t “love” every single day; this career definitely has its challenges but what keeps me going is knowing I’ve helped make someone’s travel dreams a reality, seeing the smiling faces in your vacation pics and knowing you’re not alone if things get wonky! Travel is a part of who I am and I love to see others experience this big, beautiful world God has created. 🌎

What’s the best trip you’ve ever planned for someone?
I know I can’t say “all of them!”. So I’ll go with helping a family of a terminally ill mom who just wanted one last chance to see her son enjoy Disney World before she passed away. It was such a bittersweet experience but I’m so glad I was able to make it all happen for them.

Would You Rather…. Work with Type A know-it-alls or someone who needs a ton of hand holding?
This one’s easy!! Both!!😜 The former knows what they want and aren’t afraid to ask for it, are likely experienced travelers and just need me for extra support and guidance. The latter, while they are usually fully dependent on my experience, skill set and knowledge are the ones that consider my best “return on investment”. Both need different kinds of assistance and I’m grateful they chose me!💕

What’s your best piece of travel advice?

As Americans, we tend to overthink (and overpack) and get super antsy when we’re not met with immediate attention or results. Travel forces us to slow down a bit and exercise patience. Buy that coffee in Puerto Rico. Take your photo in front of The Trevi fountain. Ask locals for recommendations and interact with them as much as possible. Leave room for the whimsy and kismet! You’ll return home a better and different person. Travel changes you in the best way possible. ✈️

What’s next on your travel itinerary?
The beach with family (yes. Just a beach!) in July. In September, we are taking some agents to experience resorts in the Dominican Republic! October will be full of training opportunities in Mexico and who knows! Maybe another jaunt across the pond is in order! Next year: Vienna, Austria 🇦🇹!

What do you like to do when you’re NOT planning travel?
I LOVE to cook! Always looking for new recipes to try! And believe it or not I’m a homebody! It’s either out of the country or holed up at home; very little in between!

"Hi! I'm Kirsten, your personal vacation planner!
Growing up I always enjoyed traveling with my family. I have fond memories of long car rides filled with excitement of wherever we were headed. As a kid I got to live in England and after high school I got to study abroad in Costa Rica. I believe these experiences helped grow my love of traveling.
I am always down to try something new! I have gotten the opportunity to try things like snorkeling, skiing, snowboarding, surfing, and zip lining. Outside of traveling, I enjoy going to concerts, hiking, and trying different small coffee shops.
I worked in attractions at both Disney and Universal and have been to 10 different countries so I've gathered tips and tricks to share with you! My passion for problem-solving, coupled with a thrill-seeker's spirit have shaped my approach to creating your perfect getaway.
I understand the joy and excitement that travel brings. Whether you're dreaming of a theme park escape, an international journey, or a cruise, I'm dedicated to bringing your travel dreams to reality. To me, getting to help plan a trip is almost as much fun as getting to go somewhere myself.

What is the benefit of working with the agent? There are so many, but a huge one is when the unexpected happens, you have someone on your side problem solving for you! Travel can be full of unknowns, but we are there for you every step of the way! Great job Twyla!

Perfect example of this happened just last night.
I received an email at 9:15 pm that my clients February 18th Mediterranean cruise was canceled by the cruise line. (Yes that’s less than 5 days notice!) Their flights to Rome were leaving today!
So at 9:20 last night, I immediately call them to break the bad news.
As you can imagine, it was a shock to all of us! I was devastated for them and it broke my heart having to tell them the cruise they have been looking forward to was not going to happen. But my job wasn’t just to inform them of the cancellation, but to help figure out a solution. And that is exactly what I have done and am still working on! We have pivoted, worked together, and in less than 12 hours have figured out a different plan. While it may not be the trip they had imagined, they are still going to Italy and I know will have a great time. And if they encounter more trouble along the way, I will be right here, ready to help!
