For all guests that keep asking what’s onsite-

☆ Selection of fast food take aways Inc. Chinese, fish and chips and fried chicken.

Beach is just a 10 minute walk away.

Plus your stay includes all your beds freshly made for your arrival, sleeps eight guests.

We close on the 28th October up until beginning of March 2024, very few spaces left this year ⛱
I am now taking bookings for 2024, we end up fully booked up during (JULY/AUGUST) within the first few months in 2024 with it being school holidays, so to avoid any disappointment you can secure now that’ll give you plenty more time to pay off your holidays too!
Due to site fees, bills and cleaners fees all increasing in 2024 holiday costs will have increased a little bit too.
Security deposit bonds in 2024 will also be increased, that’ll be refunded once my cleaners done inspection after your departure, the new bond cost will be £70.
If you do cancel your holiday or leave the van a mess or cause any damages your deposit will be revoked unfortunately, although you can swap holiday dates around if needs be.

When we close this season we will be freshening up the van, a few little extra touches, plus a new fire place ready for those winter seasons 🔥

Once holidays are secured il send all information over but due to holiday key release forms needing to be updated by reception in 2024, that’ll be when you receive your key form photocopy 🙂 🏖
