Speaking of bags. Women we have lots of retail sales going on as well. We are having a contest to see who has the best Myra Bag bag sales. Hint we do.
Check our booth first!!! We will beat the competition. Not only in Chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage, but now in retail as well.
Cleaners aren’t always doing their job. We walked into a beautiful home that was pretty disgusting and it was missing all kinds of stuff. A good tip is to check in with your property in person a couple times a year and take inventory. In the words of the apprentice: “You’re fired.”
In the crazy busy world we live in, come stay with us and slow down and take in the beauty of our world.

Cream colored upholstery on Airbnb chairs is not a great idea. This 2k set was trashed and had burn holes. One trip to Hobby Lobby and vinyl leather look-alike
and we are almost ready for showtime!!!!!

HGTV really needs to do a show about us. I always say Saturday and Sunday is how you get ahead. This one won’t be done in 8 days. However should be pretty easy.

The yard we have been working on has had a million bricks. We have already pulled out over hundreds of bricks and 30 pavers from the front yard alone. Here is what is left!!!! Mowing has been a nightmare. Well, unless you like the sound of grinding off your mower blade. 😢
Hammock chairs are installed under the pillars of the island home. Who wants to have wet dreams?
Just a few hours later, Here she is. We are out of daylight and headed home. Lots more to do.

Covering ugly today. We have no time to replace the decking like we had hoped to so now we are just putting on a finishing staying that will cover it for the season

When you buy on an island, there is no hardware stores. So we are headed there with 2 trucks and a trailer of paint, towels, kitchen utensils, beds, furniture, lighting, ladders, decor, and our muscles.
Here are the before Photos. We start Thursday and we will be flipping this whole island home in less than Spring Break.

Happy Holidays are amongst us. I urge you to keep anything that is precious to you under lock and key inside your Airbnb. Most likely a previous cleaner, or could be a guest took off with decorations for our Sweetwater Southern Charm, Sweetwater farm, Sweetwater Induatrial Ozarks Home and personal decorations. 12 years of Decorations my kids hand made. This is our personal tree this year. And I am excited to make some new memories.
