✨Where to stay Wednesday!✨
🦁Animal Kingdom Lodge🦒
So many reasons as to why you should stay here, but these are my top five:
1. Wildlife and Ambience: I was always hesitant to believe people when they said they ‘woke up and saw giraffes’! However, when I was there in November, we truly drank our coffee while watching giraffes and other animals roam! Not to mention, the Savana view rooms! It was magical! 🥰
2. Food: I am one to believe that Animal Kingdom Park has some of he best food in all the WDW parks, and I would have to say the same for Animal Kingdom Lodge! Their quick services bowls are amazing, but when we had Boma for breakfast, that bread pudding was a life changer! So many different flavors in all the dishes I tried there, and it all just works! They also have Sanaa, which if you get a reservation for dinner, you can watch the sunset and animals, all while eating amazing food! 🍲
3. The Pools: We stayed at the Jambo House, and loved the slide and zero entry. Not to mention the bar right by the slide! However, when we walked over to Kidani Village, I knew I had to bring my kids back there! That pool was stunning with multiple play areas for all anyone to play in, both adults and kids alike! So 2 pools in one resort! 💦🙌🏻
4. Relaxed Feel: The crowds at the Parks are sometimes very overwhelming, and when we were at the resort, there were still plenty of people around, but there is such a relaxed, laid back feel here. I don’t know if it’s the animals, the nature-feel, or the size of the resort, but I loved it.
5. Staying Deluxe: Early Park entry hours, close proximity to Animal Kingdom Park, Extended Evening Park Hours, a plethora of amazing restaurants on-site, and so much more! We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a bus, plus they have Cast Members at the animal viewing spots that know so much about each animal you can see!
Needless to say, AKL should be on your bucket list! I can’t wait to go back! 🥰😍🐘
