What's your favorite thing to do on a Disney Vacation? Rides, characters, shopping, eating or tours? I love all of it. Each trip I try a new restaurant and tour. This past race weekend I had the opportunity to do the Caring for Giants tour at Animal Kingdom. While we only got to see a little of Baby Corra during the tour, I went on the Safari ride after and she had moved out of hiding. I have enjoyed a VIP tour on a previous trip and can say it was AMAZING! Summer vacations are just around the corner and I am here to help you plan your Magical Vacation. What's your favorite family memory at Disney? I have a few, Trips with my kids & Grandmother. Taking my grandmother for her last Disney trip and my grandson for his 1st. Last night's specialty dinner at Tuscan Grill did not disappoint!! From starters to dessert it was amazing. Antipasta Board for the table, house meatballs & kalakaua brushetta, minestone soup, half portion of fresh made spaghetti and meatballs, garlic mashed potatoes, and filet mignon. For desserts we ordered a few and sampled. Tiramisa, spumoni donuts, limoncello cheesecake, and fig gelato. The culinary team is amazing on Celebrity Cruise Lines. If you haven't cruise Celebrity Cruise Lines, you might want to give then a try.
