Here are the entry requirements for tourists, local returning residents and visiting residents:
1. Fully vaccinated (for 2 weeks)
2. Luzon area - swab within 72 hours
3. Visayas area - swab within 48 hours
4. Register to Clean Camiguin QR
5. Hotel Reservations will be checked (staff are all fully vaccinated)

The Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), in its latest advisory, said the passenger fuel surcharge for domestic and international flights from Sept. 1 to Oct. 31 would go up to Level 2 from Level 1 during the July and August period.

Travel Guidelines for Fully-Vaccinated Passengers
As of August 4, 2021; 5PM

Cebu Pacific assures compliance with the health protocols set by the government for domestic travel.

As of today, there are ten (10) domestic destinations in Cebu Pacific network that accept vaccination cards as a travel requirement in lieu of an RT-PCR test results, which are:
• Butuan
• Cauayan City of Isabela province
• Cotabato
• Dipolog
• Dumaguete
• Guimaras Island (via Iloilo)
• San Jose
• Tacloban
• Tuguegarao
• Virac

A passenger is considered fully-vaccinated at least 14 days after having received the second dose in a two-dose series, or at least 14 days after having received a single-dose vaccine.

PAKDAAR | UPDATE ON BAGUIO CITY'S TRAVEL PROTOCOLS
JULY 17, 2021
In adherence to IATF-EID policy guidelines on interzonal and intrazonal travel, travelers AGED BELOW 18 YEARS, or OVER 65 YEARS, are required to present negative results of RT-PCR tests conducted not longer than 72 hours prior to entry.
We reiterate that adult travelers, including those over the age of 65, who are already fully vaccinated may present their duly issued vaccination documents in lieu of test results.
This shall be applied pending clarification of concerns raised to the IATF-EID.
That aside, the change in travel protocols is also a timely response given the presence of the new Delta variant in the Philippines, as confirmed by the DOH.
We urge everyone to always be mindful of health standards for the protection and safety of ourselves, our loved ones, and our community.

1. An expectant mother may be accepted for travel if she is “NOT BEYOND 35 WEEKS” (8 months and 3 weeks) pregnant.

2. Passengers needs to fill-out EMIS (Expectant Mother Information Sheet)

3. Passengers 6-8 months pregnant must bring EMIS accomplished by personal physician.

4. Beyond 8 months pregnant must bring EMIS accomplished by the flight surgeon or company physician.
