And for a foodie / food hunter, you need to visit sunday market at Sanur. Where you can find traditional indonesian food and snack and also spoil your sweet tooth with a their creamy cake.

Need a jewellery for a gift? Why not? So find it all here or even a plants to make your corner look pretty. This place is so cozy to just enjoy the whole morning reading a book with coffee and local breakfast. Restaurant has ample space for groups / families coming over with your own car.

Sunday Market Sanur

I wanted to share with you about this market located 5 mins away from our villa. This Sunday market happens once every month at Mercure Hotel Sanur. Highly recommended and encourage to visit if you are in town. Definitely a market different from those tourist kind and it is more catered to local and local expats in Bali.

If you hoping a big fancy market then probably this market is not your best choice. This market is about to bring everybody together. You can meet a local artisans where you can buy a good handmade stuff and they will tell you the story about their creation and some of them also for charity , an Author of kids book and he will sign the book that you buy as well as learning to make your own craft and share story with other crafter.

Not only that you also can enjoy food from around the world, taste their coffee while enjoying the live music , or even do a bit cheat from your diet with a bite of chocolate fudge.

Wait we are not finish yet, of course they also have some activities for the little one to let mommy and daddy enjoy their Sunday.They have face painting, decorating reusable bag , and many more actives for them.

Did i said reusable? Yes!! this market is about eco market.So they tried to reducing their single plastic use.They have plate deposit system where you can borrow plates, cups, and cutlery.And when you finish you can return the plate and get your deposit back.
