Our favorite dish at Santanera is definitely the dry-aged duck (bare in mind that it will take about 45 mins to serve the dish) and the potato mille feuille. Another thing that made us keep on coming back to Santanera is the beautiful space that they have created, where they "effortlessly blurs the lines between Old World and New".
