But in this pursuit, we overlook the magic that unfolds in the smaller, everyday moments. I like to remind myself from time to time to just explore, learn, connect, and savor the journey.

Did you know that for the purpose of Grand Hotel construction, a quarry, and a small stone-crushing factory were opened on the island?

This was the first reinforced concrete building on the Dalmatian coast. Its holistic design was based on a passenger ship.

It is fascinating how this little island can hide so many wonderful sites. Through this tour we will walk by numerous small churches and chapels while saying hello to islanders and cats that often like to follow us. ⛪😁🐱

Our “grand finale” will be in front of the abandoned Grand Hotel, where we will examine the lifespan of an artwork.
