SoBo is available to rent for holidays between June and September 2023. It has three bedrooms, a bathroom, downstairs toilet, a lounge, fully fitted kitchen and dining room to seat 6. The bedrooms are one double with a double bed, one triple with two day beds and a pull out third, and the third room is a quiet sunny single at the back of the house. The lounge includes two couches, nominally seatin

g 5, and there is a bean bag which has been known to double up as a gaming chair (BYO device!)

The house has central heating. The rayburn is just for show and no longer connected

Outside is a small garden with a table and chairs. In the shed you may find crabbing equipment and other beach toys, things do seem to come and go in there. What you find you are welcome to use, but please do put it back afterwards. To the front of the house is parking for two cars and there is an outside charge point available. Please let me know if you will be charging a vehicle as there is a fair use cost for this. Rental includes all utilities, wireless internet, towels (not beach towels) and bedding

We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs.

After a glorious and very busy summer, SoBo Home is now temporarily closed for holiday let’s as it is being rented out to a young family. I will miss it greatly, but it’s all for a good cause as I save for a trip to 🇦🇺🦘🇦🇺!
