Congratulations Leydy Pech, Winner of the 2020 Goldman International Environmental Award. Leydy, an indigenous Mayan beekeeper, (a 4,000 year old Mayan tradition) successfully halted Monsanto’s planting of genetically modified soybeans (that was killing the bees) in the Yucatán.
