This one was a very interesting Sangiovese and Lacrima blend, not the usual red one, but rosé.
⠀
This particular wine style is named ancestrale in Italy, a pétillant naturel in France. It is basically a champagne without degorgage. It has still all the fine lies inside the bottle.

After the trip to Amatrice ❤️ you can’t stop eating Amatriciana 😋, so you find a place that makes a pizza 🍕 with Amatriciana topping even in Jesi, Marche region 😂😂😂

Maybe it was a good option to try it with a good red wine, but it’s pretty hot now 🥵 so the perfect match was sparkling ✨ Verdicchio Metodo Classico 🍾, by . It’s totally the champagne of Marche 😍😍😍

By the way if you are in Jesi (the city where Frederick II, Holy Roman Emperor 👑 was born), stop for a glass of good wine 🍷 , it definitely worth it - the guys there are great 👍

🤩 If you have passion for a great wine 🍷 and a wonderful atmosphere ✨ you should definitely come and feel the spirit of the Italian country lifestyle😋. The wine that we have just tried is Orsi sul lievito plus from 2014. Together with a handcrafted salumi it is a combination to die for! 😱
