Ok let's get chatting!!! Winter break and spring break on deck!! Let's try to answer some questions We get texted a lot ❤️❤️❤️❤️

1. We dont do pickups from Cruise ships- it's too late and Jose isnt for waiting in traffic - we don't alter our times - if the times don't work , no need for a mean response. We EXCEL at what we do- our reviews show that so please understand OUR company chooses to start early and that gives us leeway to explore other areas and small businesses and random stops after our tour. 😎

2. Footwear-- I'm getting more texts asking what is suitable THANK YOU for that!! Safety is so important and this is tropical rainforest is so different from, let's say, hiking in Colorado or anywhere else, plus the volcanic rocks are slippery even when DRY. Great choices for footwear FYI ❤️

3. Food allergies -- we understand the importance of this and we take it very seriously. If our menú doesn't work(bread,ham,pork, etc)- we'll easily make a plate for you that does, it's our pleasure.We use 7 local spots and we know their ingredients - so be assured we take every precaution as do they to ensure an safe eating day with us.

4. Early bookings-- we usually book guests 3-7 months out, so rest assured when you see the space even if you can't pay at the moment, we'll gladly hold it and you can oay partially. There are other payment options besides our website so please inquire.

5. Cancellations- We ask you to book us early, just in case the weather doesnt cooperate we can use another day- if we cancel without pickup 100% is refunded- ALWAYS.

6. Other stops are random after the tour- we NEVER know whos open, what they got ,or where we go.....❤️ Just trust for an incredible memory ❤️

7. DONT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF HERE! This isnt the states, and your best bet it to go with the flow
Acting entitled and rude will guarantee you poor service from everyone 😎

Hello! Below is a good tea recipe for the winter sickness going around...... drink 3 cups throughout the day - hope this helps!
Put 8 cups water to boil- Add Fresh lemongrass cut 2" (I use maybe 5 stalks)- add 1/2 orange cut up and squeezed in- 1 whole like and lemon(cut and squeezed) ginger (5 quarter size pieces cut up)- 7-10 cloves- 2 star anise- and 2T honey. Put to rolling boil about 30min, let sit and drink first cup as hot as you can stand it.... then the other 2 cups (1 each hour), I reheat in same pot. Hope this helps ❤️

Let me tell you if I was off, I'd be at this festival and staying at Hacienda Juanita and eat at Panaderia Erik.. Maricao is one of the poorer municipalities here and could really use your tourism dollars- so think about a different kind of Valentines celebration and support local town and its people. ❤️

2. We plan itineraries and help you plan your days for a nominal fee? (Well send our best ideas, you book yourselves!)
3. We have a trusted guide who does" LA PARGUERA" tours from San Juan? It's 2.5 hours each way - so let someone guide and drive you!
4. We service 6-17 families in the streets since 2014, so we kindly ask for donations of gently used sneakers and clothes to hand out?
5. We do exclusive tours for groups of 5-9?
6. We do forest tours for large groups of 14-25?

💥💥 I got to say it!! 💥💥

1. La Placita is still open, the fire affected 5 locales but NOT ALL- go and enjoy, safely. Always eyes on your drinks and don't be getting into strange cars for a ride back!

2. In the past 2 weeks, 2 terrible accidents occurred at some of the popular river spots.. That being said when you tour WITH US- I send a list via text message of what to wear--- AND I've had 2 clients tell me I'm bossy- have at it- Let me tell you something. I've been in our tour área since 2011- Ive seen things I cannot unsee- so for the 99.999% that understand me, THANK YOU! We dont play around with anyone's safety, or your kids. I give you the same rules I give my own son- so please READ what I send in my messages, it's for everyone's safety.

3. Discounts. This isnt Haiti. And this isnt "Let's make a deal". I give discounts YEAR round, I let people get dropped off a different área, I let them use our extra shoes, I help itinerary planning FREE, I answer phone calls, texts, emails, etc 12 hours a day- so please stop some of these questions..... We are HERE TO SERVE... and we have thousands of happy clients, we've even had 27 return clients in 2024, so please understand our prices are for what we offer including the fact it is MULTIPLE stops.❤️

4. Breakfast- If you have a kid who is picky, or a gluten allergy, it's fine! We'll make it work, we always do, even if that means going to a supermarket to get the things they eat! We do these extra steps for your BEST day!

5. We LOVE special occasions so let us know!! Last year alone we purchased 36 cakes- not to mention all the gifts, so again, thank you for ALL the amazing souls who trusted us to take on a tour and the COUNTLESS referrals, they don't go unnoticed!

As always, thanks for choosing us and we ♥️ you all! We try our best each day- for memories for your family!
