First, thank you for these past years choosing our company! As we grow slowly we ask that you book us early and allow a day extra in case of bad weather.... ALSo!! We do NOT alter pickup times... it's the BASIS of our company , and we're not going to change it.
If tou wish to know what to wear- check our 100+ photos on FB.... we have a system and it works ❤️

💥💥💥💥F.A.Q. 💥💥💥
1. Don't get an anxious! It will all work out great!
2. Don't worry what time you land,, UBER, TAXI , OR PRIVATE DRIVERS available 24/7- this is an international airport!
3. Driving at night.... don't be scared BUT recent let theres loose cows and horses so don't be speeding!
4. FOOD/GROCERIES- Pueblo is closest! 24/7.... and me personally, any resort Ill take a case/2 of water and loads of snacks or fruits so youre not at the mercy of the hotel!! Do NOT forget this!
5. NO passport and US dollars.
6. Stop cramming full days -- If u see 10 miles- its never 10 minutes! Allow ample time.....
7. Don't forget resort fees and parking at your resort!
8. Don't come here with some wild attitude - I've had 4 clients since December act wild- it just doesnt work. Visit, be courteous, and accept how things are here!
9. PAY ATTENTION to beach warnings! If I hear of another drowning, its enough! These waves arent the US waves and stop acting like you're the best swimmer, etc. you put rescue at risk!
10. NO rentals allowed to Vieques or Culenra. Parking is 15.00 a day- AND arrive at least 45 min before departure.
11. Kindness WINS- and please don't tell locals to "learn English"..... I can't even.....

🌿🌿For the day that you booked with us....🌿🌿

1. Please read the email info AND what
I send via text message, safety is very important to us, so just as we show up with what is needed for your family to have a safe, fun day in the forest - we need you to show up ready with CORRECT FOOTWEAR....I send that info because we know what we're doing and we want your day and ours to be stress FREE.

2. We ask for a food order so it's PRE-ORDERED, please do not enter and decide to change it. If you do , you can pay for it.Same goes for drinks, if you want more than we offer- you may certainly have 5 if you wish, at your cost. We want to eat and go- we have so much to do and see! ❤️

3. Long hair needs a hair tie for the helmet please.We don't want it getting caught, again, for your safety.

4. We don't change - we wear what you arrive in and get muddy and go!! 😎 We will change directly after and don't allow wet clothing in the van so please remember spare clothing ❤️

5. BOOK IN ADVANCE..... FEB/MAR/APR is packed so let's get you in with time !

6. Book us early on in your stay here,
So if we need to change a day due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we can do this.

7. No bathrooms in the forest 🌿🌿
