Tis the season. Wishing all of you a wonderful holiday season full of fancy cocktails and making memories ❤️🎁🎄

INGREDIENTS

1 (750mL) bottle champagne
3/4 cup cranberry blood oramge or pomegranate juice (your preference!)
rosemary springs for garnish
sugared cranberries for garnish
SUGARED CRANBERRIES

4 ounces fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS

Add an ounce or so of juice to the bottom of a champagne flute. Fill it up with champagne, garnish with rosemary and sugared cranberries, and serve!
SUGARED CRANBERRIES

Add 1 cup of the sugar and the water to a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk until the sugar dissolves and bring the mixture to a boil, cooking for 2 to 3 minutes. Set it aside until it is cool enough to touch. Once the syrup is cool, either dunk the cranberries in it or pour the liquid over top of them in a bowl. Place the remaining sugar on a plate. I find the cranberries stay the prettiest if you try to remove any syrup “globs” and roll them in sugar one at a time

The glue to our community. A truly selfless person that brought everyone together and always left a smile on your face. She was a huge part of th Playce Collective growth, success, and why we continued to invest in this area. Not only was she the hardest worker but she was the life of the party that left an impact on every single person she encountered. She was a part of some of our best parties and was always ready to “get this money”. Kim, your passing is such a loss to this community but the mark you left leaves us all in a better place. Back at it again! Our of the week is the Fig Bourbon Cider Smash!

DIRECTIONS:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the apple cider, orange zest, orange juice, fig preserves, bourbon, and balsamic vinegar, if using. Shake to combine.
2. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top off with sparkling water and garnish with a fresh fig. DRINK!

It's that time again! This weeks of the Week is the relaxing and tranquil ! 

Located just a few steps from the beach & boardwalk, it is truly the best location for all occasions. Whether you're hosting a family retreat, birthday party, bachelor celebration or just a girls weekend out, this house covers it all! With two and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms (2 queen, 2 king beds total), a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a few single rollaway beds, this house has the space for everyone! On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa that transitions into a dining and entertaining space. A full kitchen with all appliances is available for you to use as well, including additional seating for dining. :) 

The second floor has three bedrooms, two with king beds, and a third bedroom with two queen beds, for kids or friends who don't mind bunking up! There are also a few rollaway beds for those extra guests when you need them!

Finally, the backyard includes a fire pit area, a hammock for relaxing, propane heaters, and a propane grill for those fun BBQ moments! Our detached garage is available for parking as well.

It's that time again! This weeks of the Week is the unique and vibrant ! 

Located three houses from the boardwalk, it is the PERFECT location for all occasions, from bachelor celebrations to family beach vacations! With three full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, there is ample space for even a larger family or group. On the first floor you will find an incredibly original AC mural created by an international graffiti artist. A spacious living room with queen sleeper sofa transitions into a dining and entertaining space, where the dining table doubles as a pool table! A full kitchen with all appliances (including an espresso machine!) are available for you to use as well. :) 

The second floor has three bedrooms, two with queen beds, and a third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, for kids or friends who don't mind bunking up! There are also a few rollaway beds for those extra guests when you need them!
The third floor is an open loft bedroom with gorgeous water views, big open windows on all four sides, and a full trundle bed! 

Finally, the backyard includes a fire pit area, table and chairs for outdoor eating, and a propane grill for those fun BBQ moments! Our renovated party garage is a guest favorite, with games and activities to entertain the whole group! 

Whether you're coming for a fall/winter getaway and want to toast s'mores on the fire pit and hit the casinos, or visit in the summer for long days on the beach and nights out on the town, provides the perfect place to relax and unwind!
