"ᕼᗩᒪ" the construction worker has been missing for over three days. He is 5'5" tall and weighs 100 lbs. Last seen on the Parkway in Gatlinburg wearing a yellow hard hat and orange safety vest. He is a master builder, family man and loves the cold weather.
