🌟 Spacious family owned static caravan on Golden Gate Holiday Park Towyn.
🌟 1st bedroom with en suite and king size bed. 2nd bedroom with twin beds.
🌟 Double glazing and central heating
🌟 TV with dvd player, Dvds, Games console, fully kitted out kitchen, kettle, toaster, microwave.
⚠️ Duvets/pillows and bedding , towels & tea towels are currently not provided.
Strictly 🚭 no drugs/smoking/vaping and no pets!
Our son has asthma so it's something we take very seriously and there are NO exceptions!
⚠️ Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children (under 16)

Golden Gate has a wide variety of facilities for all ages and is the perfect base to explore North Wales.

⚠️ We advise you take out holiday insurance once you have booked to protect your stay.
If the site is closed or areas that effect you are in lockdown full refunds will be given.
🌟£75 non refundable deposit to secure date. Remainder of the balance to be paid at least 4 weeks before arrival where possible. (stay will be be cancelled upon failure of full payment by the date agreed)
🌟Full payment is non refundable if cancelled less than 4 weeks of arrival. (unless extreme circumstances)
🌟£75 security bond required which is returnable within 7 days if caravan found clean, tidy with no damages.
🌟Check in 3pm
🌟Strict Check out 10am
( unauthorised late checkout incurs a minimum charge of £25)
*** Later than an hour full security bond will be lost.*** (Unfortunately our cleaners have been messed around on too many occasions now)
*** £10 charge for removal of rubbish
Disclaimer
📍 Once check in form completed only named guests permitted inside and to stay.
📍 Deposit will be kept if any pets have entered caravan.
📍 Oliver's Caravan Hire will not be held responsible for any accidents or injury during customers stay.
📍Please respect our caravan, leave tidy, if any accidents or damage let us know asap and please take any rubbish to the skip.
📍Please ensure taps/lights/heating etc are off, all the windows are closed and doors are locked.
📍Any incidents involving drugs, security or even police will result in you being evicted from site with no refunds given.
We have good neighbours who don't rent out please be mindful of them and other caravans around us especially late at night.
Finally,
This is our sons happy place and our holiday home which we love, we would be very grateful if you would look after it during your stay. If you do use any games that have been left please ensure all the contents make it back into the boxes.
