Upon arrival in Bacolod(Land, Sea or Air Travel):
-City bus will be at the port to pick you up

After, if you decide to quarantine in school, it is free of charge. For those who want to avail of hotel quarantine( personal expense),city bus will drop you off to the hotel quarantine of your choice.

MANILA TERMINAL ASSIGNMENTS

· International flights depart from NAIA Terminal 1 and arrive at NAIA Terminal 2

· Domestic flights depart from and arrive at NAIA Terminal 2.

FOR PASSENGERS DEPARTING FROM THE PHILIPPINES:

If you are departing from the Philippines, you must accomplish the Passenger Profile and Health Declaration (PPHD) form online via https://bit.ly/PALIntPPHD as early as 5 days prior to your flight departure.

Exempted from accomplishing the online PPHD form are travelers bound for the United States, Canada and Australia, all of whom must accomplish the paper

form upon check in at the airport. (Passengers bound for Singapore are required to accomplish the PPHD paper form upon airport check-in in addition to the online registration.)

Passengers departing on PAL international and domestic flights from Manila may undergo RT-PCR testing at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PLC) located at 540 Padre Faura cor. Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila.

The PAL center provides drive-thru or walk-in RT-PCR testing from 8AM to 5PM daily at a cost of PHP4,000. Results are released within 24 hours.

Upon entering the PAL Learning Center for your RT-PCR testing, please present your ID, plane ticket and QR code indicating that you have successfully registered the passenger profile and health declaration online.

FOR PASSENGERS ARRIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES:

Passengers arriving at Manila airport are required to register at least three (3) days prior to their flight departure for the mandated COVID-19 swab test (RT-PCR) to be administered upon arrival.

For all non-OFW passengers, register at https://bit.ly/3ffoAIK Passengers arriving at Mactan Cebu International Airport must register online not earlier than 5 days prior to their flight: https://mactancebuairport.com/covid-19-registration Passengers arriving in Clark (Clark International Airport) are required to fill out the Health Declaration Card, Case Investigation Form, and the Affidavit of Undertaking to be collected upon arrival. Payment of the fees for the swab test, as well as the cost of hotel accommodation, shall be shouldered by the traveler; except that the cost for OFWs shall be shouldered by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (for land-based OFWs) and by MARINA or the local manning agency (for sea-based OFWs).

FLYING SAFELY IN THE NEW NORMAL

PAL is strictly implementing Fly Safe “new normal” practices in compliance with international health and safety protocols.

- Bring your own face masks and face shields and wear them at all times – at the airport and throughout your flight

- Check-in online and arrive early at the airport to allocate extra time for new safety procedures– at least 3 hrs. prior to domestic flight departure and 4 hrs. prior to international flight departure

- Cabin crew will be wearing full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your protection on board the flight.

Flight Schedule Advisory: CEB to operate 5 more international routes, as part of its gradual restart, with Tokyo-Manila flights starting on August 1. This is on top of existing 1x weekly Dubai flights.

Pre-register prior to departure from Dubai to expedite airport procedures. To save time, passengers are encouraged to pre-register and fill out the Electronic-Case Investigation Form (E-CIF) online at https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph/

➡️BEFORE DEPARTURE:

Have a negative result on their PCR test report from a duly recognized testing center (validity:48 hours)
UPON ARRIVAL IN INCHEON:

Mandatory 14-day quarantine at a designated government facility at expense of the traveler
​UPON ARRIVAL IN MANILA:
COVID-19 RT-PCR test
Mandatory quarantine procedures in approved facilities while awaiting test results

Those without any of these requirements may be denied check-in or boarding.
