When you book a vacation (spending your VERY hard earned money) on a discount ".com" supplier, your rooms are the first to get bumped if the resort oversells? We've had people book online, then call us panicking once they are at the resort, expecting their room to be ready and it's non-existent. Vacations booked by a travel agent are typically the last to get bumped, because our suppliers want to keep our relationship strong. Don't be "that guy," and have to call us from the front desk and then pay a premium for a last minute room.
