This lovely cottage was converted from two miners' cottages into one in the nineteen fifties, and has been owned by the same family since 1962. Little has been done to the original structure and many of the internal walls are bare or whitewashed granite or the original wooden partitions to keep it's character.

The property is an 11 minute drive away from St.Ives, with a similar distance to Hayle/Carbis bay areas.
