We finished out our trip with a day at Walt Disney World's Animal Kingdom and Epcot parks. The safari was my favorite attraction at Animal Kingdom. Epcot's International Food and Wine Festival is in full swing (now through November 19th) so we noshed our way through the various continents. A not-to-miss attraction is the new Guardians of the Galaxy ride. I would classify it as a next-generation roller coaster. We have not experienced anything like it...it's totally insane!!!!

My son and I squeezed in a last-minute trip to central Florida. We did a tour of the Daytona International Speedway (totally worth it) and while I lounged around at The Shores Resort & Spa with my sister, he hit the boardwalk. Good times!!!

We had an amazing time in Chattanooga, TN this weekend. I was so impressed with how clean the downtown area is. It was such a cool vibe...great restaurants, loft lodging, awesome coffee shops, etc. I'm already planning to go back!

For those of you who don't know, I am an avid reader. There are times when I'll read a book (or several books) and will become intrigued with the setting. Have you read any of K.A. Tucker's novels? They are fun reads! After reading her books, my daughter and I are really wanting to go to Alaska! Having a cousin who lives in Anchorage, I was told that June and July are great months to go. "Apr/May aren't the best times. Pick snow or sun, but not mud and dust."

We had such an amazing time on our Royal Caribbean cruise to Nassau and Coco Cay! This was a first-time cruise for my husband to see if he would like cruising. He's hooked! Can't wait to book our next one. TIP: Each passenger can carry on one bottle of wine.

Europe Restriction Changes- 21 April 22

Most countries still have some travel restrictions in place in a bid to control the spread of COVID-19.

The latest big changes include:
Italy dropped its 'state of emergency' on 31 March but has extended its travel restrictions until 30 April.
