Not all RE rental booking agents care about you like we do. We believe your rental home should feel like your home away from home. We try harder to please and hope you will return yearly and make our house your vacation home rental. It doesn’t matter to a RE agent if you jump from house to house yearly.
4 - Will your rental house be equipped to entertain you in comfort if you have a bad week of weather? Make sure the house is ready for rainy day fun and has the amenities you want. The worst vacation is sitting in 4 walls with nothing to do and roughing it. Not only do we have games, puzzles, we have 2 living rooms and a huge kitchen table that splits if needed to give 4 areas of space to spread out the crew for TV viewing and game playing.
5 – If you rent with us you have our undivided attention during your stay. If you can’t find something in the house you need ask, you may not know where to find it. If the grill runs out of gas, we have spares on hand to keep the BBQ going without missing a beat. Need a few more trash cans because of the milestone event you having with us? We have them on hand, just ask. We take care of the salt water hot tub to make sure it is ready for your pleasure. We maintain the water level if you have a spillage, chemicals and if it gets murky due to whatever- we drain and get it back up to s***f for your use ASAP! What else can we do to make your stay easier? Just ask.
6 – We love sharing our knowledge, hints, coupons, recommendations and stories about LBI. Our guests appreciate having us on hand if they have questions or need something to do with their family or group when they hit a snag. It is also helpful having an extra set of eyes when you and your guests are in the ocean. We have pulled a few kids and adults out of rips in the past.
We are starting to book, and big groups are our business! Big homes go fast due to a large demand to save money and small pool of large homes with great amenities.
