The space

Charming, in a perfect location (as described by some guests) and very cozy. Comfortable furniture inside and also outside (table with 6 chairs). The bed in the master bedroom is queen size with a dresser, 2 night stands and a walk-in closet. Brand new TVs. Cable and High Speed Internet access. In the smaller guest room a new bed unfolds in the 2 twins. In the living the new couches (futons) also unfold into the beds. Yet, because of just 1 bath I encourage no more than 4 guests to stay at the cottage. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new flatware, cookware and utensils. The new smart TV in the living room is 55". There is also a TV in the smaller bedroom. New washer/dryer in the utility room. BBQ outside.
