Calling all passengers, remember you have until TONIGHT to pay off your ticket price in full! Log into your NUCO account to do so. You can still amend your choices until 23:59 tonight even after paying, so there should be nothing holding you back! We recommend paying as soon as possible so you don’t forget ⏳

Delivery information 📦
For current students: all merch will be delivered to the college reps, which will organise a pickup day for you to collect.
For alumni and others: merch will be brought out to Tignes for you, and a pick-up point will be organised in the first days of the trip.

DAILY APRES ❄️🎊

The Varsity Trip special that you all know and love! Come to Cocorico’s apres to shake off your day of skiing with live band performances, DJs and a later closing time so you can dance into the evening! Entry is free every day, with special drink discounts for Varsity Trip passengers!

MOUNTAIN YOGA AND BRUNCH 🧘🏔️

Come along to our mountain yoga and brunch – incredible settings and a gorgeous brunch spread await you. Ticket includes a yoga session with a qualified instructor, and a brunch spread.

RAAAHCLETTE 🍷🍽️

Are you missing the formals of Oxford and Cambridge? Fear not, we’ve organised a boujee meal for you in the Alps! A luxury meal and wine awaits you in a candle-lit restaurant in Val Claret. Ticket includes: food, wine, dessert.

RACES & BBQ ⛷️🍔

Which shade of blue are you? Come and see the best skiers of Oxford and Cambridge battle it out at their 102nd Blues Varsity! Burgers on the BBQ for the hungry spectators, and a DJ and commentary to keep you entertained! This event is free to all: come and support your blues!

FOREST FONDUE 🫕 🌲

Come along to a candle-lit dinner in a gorgeous setting with traditional fondue, French wine and a crackling fire. Ticket includes: return coach transport, a full fondue meal and wine.

CUPPERS ⛷️🎿

Come along to the beginner friendly intercollegiate skiing competition! It’s a relaxed chance for you to show off your skills. The event is free, so just turn up and have fun!

GRAD NIGHT 🥂🍴

A luxury event to kick off your trip as a postgrad student! Come and chat over wine and raclette in an alpine restaurant. Ticket includes food, wine, dessert.

PRIZE GIVING APRES 🏆🍾

Come and see the results of the races in a new apres location - La Folie Douce! This unique Wednesday apres is one to experience, with mountain-top views and live performers. Come and cheer on your shade of blue!

OPENING NIGHT PARTY 🎉

Our biggest show in the snow! This is the BIG EVENT you do not want to miss out on. Huge headliners are ready to kick your week off with a bang! This is Varsity’s best party, and everyone’s invited!

LA FOLIE DOUCE HOUSE PARTY 💿

A new event for VT24! You don’t want to miss this one. An exclusive gondola ride will take you to the coolest house party you’ll ever attend! Different rooms will bring you different DJs, with a few familiar faces… Whatever music gets you going, there’ll be something for everyone. Come boogie in the backcountry! Ticket includes return coach transport, gondola both ways and a free drink.

BLUES BOP 🕺

The famous VT club night which concludes the historic races. If you like your drum and bass, this is the night for you. Late night ravers and early morning skiers, grab a ticket to celebrate the slalom champions!

POOL PARTY 🧜‍♀️

Swap your ski jackets for swimsuits because it’s time to make a splash! Time to get silly in the pool party – an event unique to Tignes! There will be DJs, slides and inflatables. What are you waiting for? Ticket includes entry and three drinks!

OFF PISTE PARKEND 🪩

Sports teams, where are you? Are you with your best friends tonight? Then come to our very own off piste Parkend ! This time your favourite Wednesday night is taking over TWO clubs, so you can switch between Tiki and main floor even in the Alps! Come for a taste of home, and for iconic alpine-themed Park end stash… Ticket inlcudes: entry to two clubs, free stash.

MEGA APRES 🎆

Your favourite VT23 event is back and bigger than ever! There’s a lot in store for the finale of this unforgettable week. An amazing headliner, crazy decorations, dancing on tables… this open-air party is not one to miss! Grab your tickets for the last hurrah! Ticket includes entry and a free drink.

🎉 3 DAYS UNTIL BOOKING DAY 🎉

Let’s get excited! Only three days are left until the general ticket release on Thursday, October 24th, at 9:00 AM ‼️

Here are all the things you need to know before booking your ticket on Thursday 👇

🚨 Create your NUCO account! We are using a new system this year. Even if you have travelled on Varsity Trip before, you need to create a new account using the link below:

⏰ Booking link will open at 9:00 AM sharp. Anyone who will be on the website at this time will be randomly allocated a place in the queue. Do not refresh when you are in the queue and only use one browser. If you enter the link after 9:00 AM, you’ll be assigned a place at the end of the queue, so make sure to enter the link a few minutes early.

⏳ You’ll have to wait for your turn to book onto the trip. Due to the demand of the trip, you could be in the queue from anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, please be patient.

💸 All you have to do to secure your place is pay your £150 deposit. Once you have paid this, you can edit your booking and select your accommodation tier.

🪩 Other options, including events, merch, transport, equipment hire and lessons, can only be selected on the following day which is Friday, October 25th. You will receive an email when you are able to book optional extras. The email will be sent at the same time for everyone, regardless of whether you booked an Early Bird or a General Release ticket.

🗓️ Once you pick your options on Friday, you’ll then have one week to pay the full price for the trip. You can amend all of your options as many times as you like up until the payment deadline. Payment deadline is October 31st at 23:59 so make sure to settle up your payment before this day!

✍️ You can also change the name on the ticket before this day FOR FREE. Ticket transfers will still be possible after October 31st but will require an additional payment of £50.

🔶 BOOKING AND TRAVEL ESSENTIALS 🔶

🚨 BOOKING DAY

General ticket release will be on Thursday, October 24th, at 9:00 am.

Make sure that you have your NUCO account set up by then – you can do this using the link in our bio. We recommend that you do that well in advance to avoid technical issues on the day.

🏨 ACCOMMODATION & DEPOSIT

On the booking day, you’ll get to pick your accommodation. All the available options with descriptions can be found on our website.

You’ll have to put down a £150 deposit so make sure that you have the money available on your account.

🪩 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

You’ll get to select additional options (including events, equipment hire and transport) on the following day which is Friday, October 25th. This is regardless of which ticket you will have booked – Early Bird or General Release.

🚌 TRANSPORT

As you select your options, you can choose to take the coach or pick your own transport if you want to fly – in which case you can book the airport transfers provided by NUCO.

The coach price is £209 for a return. The available airports, transfer times and prices can be found on our website.

Oxbridge 2024 know where it’s at - over 1,000 early bird tickets sold in just over an hour! Clearly VT24 is the place to be 🤩 But don’t worry if you missed it … general booking will be at 9am on the 24th October, so make sure you’re ready!

If you haven’t got early bird but want to book your flights before then general booking day, your proof of flight will give you access to an early booking code to guarantee your place.

🔶 IMPORTANT EARLY BIRD INFO 🔶

The Early Bird booking link will be shared to our Instagram story tomorrow (Thursday, September 19th) at 12:00.

Here are some important things to bear in mind ‼️

1️⃣ To secure an Early Bird ticket, you’ll need to put down a £150 deposit which will be subtracted from your base price later on. Just make sure that you have the money available in your account!

2️⃣ You’ll need to set up a new NUCO account even if you’ve been on previous trips. This is due to a new system used by NUCO, our trip provider. You can set up your account following the link below. Do it in advance to avoid wasting time once Early Bird tickets are released.

There’s nothing stopping you from getting an Early Bird ticket even if you’ve booked your flights and submitted a proof! Getting an Early Bird will simply allow you to choose your accommodation sooner.

4️⃣ You can choose from the following options:
Basic – included in the base price
Upgrade – £79 extra
Premium – £149 extra

All your friends will have to pick the same option if you want to be in the same accommodation. But don’t worry – if you get an Early Bird ticket, you’ll be able to alter your choices up until one week before the general booking day (subject to availability).

So set your alarms for 12:00 pm tomorrow to secure your spot on Varsity Trip 2024 ahead of the crowd! ⛷️🏂

We’re excited to announce that the base price for Varsity Trip 2024 will be £369. Have a look at the infographic to see what’s included! ⛷️🏂

Now it’s time to get excited for Varsity Trip – the world’s largest student-run trip taking Oxbridge students to the Alps each year. This December VT24 is taking over Tignes! ⛷️🏂
