⚠️Delta Plane EVACUATED ON RUNWAY Delta Boeing B757 performing flight from Atlanta Hartsfield to Minneapolis had a right engine failure and possible fire on takeoff prompting the pilots to abort and stop on the runway. Flames were confirmed and crew commenced an evacuation. 4 people have been reported injured. ⚠️KLM B738 VEERS OFF THE RUNWAY KLM Boeing 737-800, registration PH-BXM performing flight KL-1204 from Oslo (Norway) to Amsterdam (Netherlands) with 176 passengers and 6 crew, was climbing out of Oslo's runway 19L when the crew reported hydraulic problems and stopped the climb at 5000 feet. The crew subsequently decided to divert to Oslo Torp Sandefjord Airport, where the aircraft touched down on runway 18 about 50 minutes after the departure at 19:05L (18:05Z). During roll out the aircraft veered to the right and went off the runway coming to a stop with nose and right main gear off the runway. There are no reports of injuries. ⚠️SwiftAir DHL Boeing B737-400 Crash near Vilnius Airport 25/NOV/2024 Swiftair Boeing B737-400 performing flight from Leipzig to Vilnius was on final approach when the aircraft crashed about 1-2 miles from the runway impacting a building and burst into flames. 🇪🇸✈️🌩️Imágenes impactantes del día de ayer en nuestro vuelo a Murcia por la tarde y vuelta a Madrid por la noche siendo testigos de altura de los devastadores núcleos tormentosos que azotaron toda la mitad sur/este peninsular. El primer vuelo a las 16:00 transcurrió sin mayores incidencias. La tormenta, aunque ya de gran tamaño, se encontraba en Valencia y no afectaba a nuestra ruta. Apenas una ligera turbulencia sobrevolando las provincias de Cuenca y Albacete. El descenso y el aterrizaje en Murcia, con viento fuerte de levante, tampoco supusieron mayor problema. Pero, ¡ay la noche! Una tormenta se alimenta principalmente de inestabilidad, humedad y calor, y esta tormenta se había estado alimentando -y retroalimentando ella misma- durante todo el día. Unos minutos después del despegue de Murcia vemos relámpagos y reflejos por todos lados. La turbulencia durante todo el ascenso es moderada -en momentos severa- degradando las capacidades del avión. Modificamos el rumbo constantemente ayudándonos de nuestro radar meteorológico en cabina. Es un salvavidas pero habla un idioma visual que hay que saber entender, y no siempre lo pone fácil. La aproximación y aterrizaje en Madrid tampoco darían tregua. La Borrasca sigue rotando y ya está llegando a la Capital. El tráfico se empieza a acumular y hacemos esperas. Llueve muy fuerte a 14.000 pies. ¿Llueve? Estamos dentro. El viento es muy cambiante y pasas de tener 50 nudos de viento en cola en aproximación, a 20 nudos de viento cruzado en final, a 20 nudos de viento en cara en la toma. Muy repentino. Cizalladura lo llaman. Tocas suelo. Con fuerza. Con ganas. Lo estabas deseando. Abandonas pista y mantienes la cabeza fría hasta que llegas a tu parking y apagas motores. Los pasajeros se van.
