It's quiet right now on Mara Lake. But, that silence will not keep. The town is buzzing, getting set for the best summer ever, or so I am told.

Taking in the view from Sicamous Lookout is a must. On the north side of town, take the Forestry Access road, then turn off on The Old Logging Road. (Sorry, Sicamous. No points for creative road-naming.) Parking is the tough part. It's all road-side. Turning around is pretty much 3-point, so pick the straightest piece of road you can find.
