Mybha Tourism Passport to N9

Dear Hoteliers,

As per last discussion with Tourism Malaysia, the Jom Nginap Campaign shall be extended till *30 June 2021*.

In view of the Movement Control Order (MCO) has been lifted, Mybha has received numerous of request from the hoteliers to participate in the campaign.

Thus, the campaign is now open for 4th intake for MyBHA member hotels’ participation to be effective on April 2021.

*For hotels who have registered before, you are not required to register again. This is for new hotel participation.

To recap, Jom Nginap Campaign offers RM20 cashback to the travelers who spend a minimum of RM50 at the participating hotels via Touch ‘n Go eWallet. (Campaign Period: to be revised to June 2021)

The cashback is fully funded by MOTAC to revitalize domestic tourism. For hotels who have missed out the earlier registration, you may register your hotel with Gkash with the link provided below;

Saya ingin mengucapkan selamat Tahun Baru Cina kepada semua rakyat Negeri Sembilan yang meraikannya. Semoga tahun ini akan membawa sinar harapan, kebahagiaan dan kemakmuran kepada tuan-tuan dan puan-puan sekalian.

Sambutan Tahun Baru pada tahun ini mungkin berbeza dari sebelumnya. Ketika kita semua masih dalam usaha menangani penularan COVID-19, sambutan pada tahun ini terpaksa diadakan dalam suasana Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dengan beberapa SOP yang perlu dipatuhi.

Namun, sambutan perlu diteruskan dengan penuh tradisi dan adat resam berteraskan nilai positif yang terjalin melalui elemen kekeluargaan sebagai wadah utama. Keharmonian yang terserlah dalam perayaan Tahun Baru Cina adalah cerminan kestabilan yang telah dikecapi selama ini.

Formula kestabilan ini perlu dipertahankan bahkan dijana dengan penggemblengan lebih besar dalam proses integrasi kaum kerana lebih banyak keuntungan akan diperoleh daripada kestabilan dan keharmonian yang lebih utuh sesama kita.

Kerajaan Pakatan Harapan Negeri Sembilan sentiasa komited memastikan kestabilan ini terus dipertahankan. Melalui komitmen, kesungguhan dan kesepaduan antara rakyat dan pemimpin, Negeri Sembilan mampu membuktikan prestasi yang lebih cemerlang demi untuk manfaat semua.

Kerajaan Negeri prihatin dengan kesan yang diterima oleh rakyat berikutan perlaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) sejak Mac tahun 2020 yang lalu.

Menerusi Pembentangan Belanjawan 2021, Kerajaan Negeri telah mengumumkan 53 inisiatif dengan peruntukan RM 69.58 juta bagi membantu rakyat khususnya yang terkesan akibat pandemik COVID-19.

Semoga kehadiran tahun baru ini memberi makna yang besar dan mendorong kita untuk terus berusaha bagi mencapai kejayaan gemilang di masa akan datang.

N9 Mybha President,Mr Suresh:
Around 70+ budget hotels are suffering just to maintaining their business during CMCO,they are looking for more ways to increase income. At the same time,association has been discussing with the members to figure out more ways to overcome the problems.

We hope the government would give a hand towards the hotels,as well as TM and Indah Water,to provide more discounts to the hotel to help reduce the hotels burden.

N9 Mybha Treasurer & Angsa Hotel Manager, Mr Alvis Fong:
Running budget hotels are really hard now.Although the government had provided some discounts for commercial electricity bill,but that's still not enough to cover,we are still bearing high electricity fee afterwards.Therefore,the gov should introduce more plans/measures,to save the budget hotels.

Unfortunately,Cmco has reduced the tourists furthermore,everybody is looking for more sources of income for survival, like our hotel is giving out more promotions,online booking can have more than 30% discount,other than that,we are trying hard to cooperate with local tourism related companies,to help increase our occupancy rate.

Some of the Hotels got ZERO guest.

So far Tampin has no hotels shut down/bankrupt.

But, for the hotels which are still operating,business is bad,some hotels even got Zero guest.
