What you can expect
The day before your scheduled dives, make your own way to the dive shop to get fitted with your equipment so that you are ready to go early on the morning of your dive. On the day of your dive, head out before sunrise in order to see the thresher sharks when they come out at first light. Sip the provided tea or coffee as you relax on the spacious boat and cruise out to Monad Shoal, your first dive site. Receive a safety briefing and orientation from your guide, then complete your dive. You’ll return to shore after about two hours in time for breakfast (not included). Please note: the shark dive requires Advanced Open Water certification. If you are Open Water, you can upgrade your booking on–site to make the shark dive a PADI Deep Adventure Dive, which certifies you to dive to a depth of 30 meters.
Please Note: You need to be staying on Malapascua Island itself to book this package. All of the dives operate from the boat and your package includes a dive master guide, boat transport, tanks and weights, tea, coffee, and drinking water. You have the option to include equipment rental or bring your own scuba gear.

Helmet diving is a unique way to explore the sea because you walk along the seafloor. With water sports such as SCUBA and snorkeling, you look down and forward. Even with glass bottom boats, you look down. But, with helmet diving, you can turn and look all around you. You can also look up at the fish swimming above you!

45 minutes

What you can expect:
A boat will take you to the helmet diving platform. You will receive a safety briefing and observe your guide descend first. A safety diver will also be in the water ahead of you, and he will remain behind you at all times. When it is your turn, it is time to feel like an astronaut. You will proceed down a ladder, and the operator will lower your helmet to you. The safety diver will be helping from the water. You will then continue down the ladder and take the one small step down to the seafloor. You will follow your guide as he helps you to the safety railings. He will guide you around the corals, show you a few movements to copy, and point out some surprises on the sea floor. Because of the helmet, you will feel like you are a fish inside an aquarium. It is a unique experience from the first moment you look around and see a fish welcoming committee!

What you can expect:
Helmet diving activities are available from 8 am to 5pm daily. Participants must be in good fit to participate. Great option for friends and family kids of 5 years old age are allowed to join but under consent and supervision of parents and guardians though we have professional diver that looked and assist you underwater. We strictly do not allowed individual who undergone operation for at least a year. Also those asthmatic and with hypertension individuals are not recommended to join. You will climb down a ladder until you reach a sea bed while wearing a helmet made of glass plates. The helmet which is attached to a hose and air compressor will let you breathe underwater while marveling the colorful sea floor with an abundance of tropical marine life. Your safety is always our top priority and you will be accompanied by qualified PADI Scuba Diving instructors.
