Why can't I get through to DV? I am calling at 2 am and still no answer!

What is going on with Delta flights today? Had a friend flying out of LAX today who said airport was a mess and Delta computers were down!

I wish that DV would have something in place like AAV when calling in and cannot get through. At least AAV has a call back feature where you can schedule a call back for a certain day/time or a later in that same day. I have been trying to reach DV using several numbers and cannot get through! Very frustrating!
