It's travel day! ✈

My clients are departing on a post-holiday vacation in Spain. They'll start in the beautiful mountain city of Granada, where they will experience a traditional flamenco show, tour the famous Alhambra, and take a day trip Cordoba where they'll visit the stunning mosque-cathedral.

Then, they'll move to the coastal city of Malaga where they will enjoy a beachfront resort complete with stunning Mediterranean Sea views. Over the new year, they will be able to take part in the Spanish tradition of eating twelve grapes leading up to midnight!

It is Christmas market season in Europe, and we visited the gorgeous Târgul de Crăciun, which is set up just out front of the Palace of Parliament. Local artisan stalls surround a giant Ferris wheel, live performance stage, and plenty of delicious grilled meats and local fried dough desserts!

Today my clients are setting out on a trip that combines two of the best things in France - champagne and Disneyland!

They'll begin the trip with a short stay in Reims, the unofficial capital of the Champagne region. There, they will enjoy a unique experience tasting and designing their own bottles at a local Champagne house. 🍾

Afterwards, the magic begins with a fantasy stay at the Disneyland hotel, complete with character-dining galore! ✨

I love meeting cats all over the world in my travels. From a kitten patrolling the terrace of a restaurant on Santorini, to a chocolate colored cat aptly named "Chocolat" who lounged on the booths of a favorite Brussels cafe, to a vineyard cat in the hills of Vienna's Heurigens - I will always seek out (and pet, and scratch, and generally love on) the world's felines.

Did you know that one of Rome's most famous ruins is also home to the oldest cat sanctuary in Rome? Here, you can stroll the ancient streets of the city while meeting some of it's fluffiest residents.

It is , so I am doing a to the time that my husband, parents and I learned to make pasta on a rooftop in Rome!

Since this awesome night, we have never looked back - purchasing a pasta machine and making it regularly at home.

If you guessed that I was heading to Dracula's Castle this weekend - you were right!

We spent the weekend in the Transylvanian city of Brașov, a medieval city with a vibrant old town and beautiful architecture. We enjoyed a lot of Romanian cuisine, both modern and traditional.

We spent a morning at the Libearty Bear Sanctuary, where we toured the facility in the mountains that is caring for rescued brown bears and learned about their important work.

And finally, we ended the weekend at none other than Bran Castle - home of the legendary Dracula himself. 🧛‍♂️
