We have an amazing unit for rent in Gimli just in time for summer 🏝️! This spacious 3 bedroom (plus bonus room) , 2 bath unit with in suite laundry and a balcony is available for $1600 per month + utilities.
We love our great tenants that we have and request a letter of interest from potential tenants to join the unit. $100 discount for maint services of snow removal of the walkway as req’d, cleaning the foyer once a week and grass cutting as req’d. All cleaners and tools provided.
Communal space with fire pit, dining table, bbq and garden are available to all guests. Coin laundry located on site.

Since it’s Throwback Thursday … I’m getting back into the swing of things with let’s throw another post 😊
I called our realtor the morning of our open house, which I had prepped Lemonade and Prosecco .. still set up , tidying and cleaning to do and I told Justin Zinkowski] “ I think I’m going into labour, can you go into our house and grab everything you need” , contractions were 5 min apart and Brandon and I were ready to have this baby. .. after the open house we were sent home because everything came to a halt. Jay pulled everything off flawlessly with the flowers and everything cutesy I had planned to set up, Justin Zinkowski] did amazing 💯.
We weren’t due until August 9, but little did I know a short while later Lex came along and came fast and furious (that part wasn’t cutesy 😊 I was knees down backwards in the front seat of the car asking to drive faster).
Baby Lex was born in record time and made up for any false labour. It was all a blur with the excitement but we signed the deal the day after he was born 👏🏻. It was a win win, a healthy beautiful baby and we sold our place to a nice family.
