Did you know that there are many holiday houses (especially the nicer ones) that often state in their terms and conditions that only children over 10 can stay? I mean we get it, kids are messy, but it has blown our mind over the past few years how many places we couldn't access with young children. In an already isolating time of life it definitely feels slightly suffocating when it becomes hard to get away. So just like we did with our sister business Bump and Beyond, when we couldn't find what we wished we had access to in those early years of becoming a new family we just decided to create it ourselves. A family friendly, luxurious, affordable holiday house. We wanted families to be able to get away to a beautiful oasis and build beautiful family memories. We didn't stop there we actually decided to not only welcome young children, we actually fitted out the house with everything you would need for young children so that it was obvious young families were at the forefront of our mind when designing this house (not just an afterthought). High chairs, portacot, black out blinds, baby monitors, safety proofing, baby gates, baby bath seat and toys, baby play pens and toys (sensory toys, wooden toys, baby toys) the list goes on. We want families to be able to pack a bag of clothes and food (and a bottle of wine) and be down by the beach on a Friday night in an hour. No need to spend hours packing the car with the whole nursery, no need to spend hours setting up everything once you arrive. It's all there ready. We have been told by a few rental agents we are crazy, we could make a fortune by pricing higher, we shouldn't bother catering to young families, but we are so proud of what we have created.
