Virgin Voyages claims the ship all their food is served made to order and there is no assigned seating or dining times.
Scarlet Lady offers over 20 dining venues, with Korean BBQ, Mediterranean small plates, bento boxes, pasta and more. All of it is included with the cruise fare.

The specialty restaurants are often worth it.
Most cruise lines have specialty restaurant that require a slight upcharge of $25–$35 per person. While you might feel compelled to make the most of the meals that come included with your cruise, the specialty restaurants often offer a better dining experience and higher quality food. Just remember that you usually need to make your reservation right away on day 1 or day 2.
River cruises offer something different for everyone.

Last renovated in 2015 (after being introduced in 2011), the 4,000-passenger Disney Dream is one of Disney's largest, newest ships. Highlights include the 765-foot AquaDuck water coaster, a virtual sports simulator (for an extra fee) and theatrical performances that bring Disney animated favorites – like "Beauty and the Beast" – to life.
Compass Rose is the main Seven Seas Voyager restaurant. It is a beautiful dining room with ornate chandeliers and a chic Parisian decor. The cuisine is equally inspiring and the chefs consistently present some of the best tasing dishes at sea.
Your ship docks at Aruba Ports Authority, a large port that can dock up to 5 cruise ships. The port is very close to downtown Oranjestad and is only 1km away. Just across the cruise terminal, on L.G Smith Boulevard, a nice street lined with more shops and eateries is where you get buses to take you around town.

Sweeping views, live tunes and one of the most beautiful bars at sea make Viking Ocean Cruises' Explorers' Lounge (decks 7 and 8) a favorite hangout spot for many of its passengers. Because most of the action happens on the venue's lower level, its upper deck tends to be fairly low-key, especially during the day. Make your way up there to catch up on your reading or simply kick back and soak up the views -- don't worry, catnaps are totally acceptable.

Cruise ships love Grand Cayman
Anthem of the Seas is a Quantum-class cruise ship owned by Royal Caribbean International and the second ship of her class. The Quantum class is the third largest class of cruise ships behind MSC Cruises's Meraviglia class and Royal Caribbean International's Oasis class by gross tonnage.
Cruise ships dock on Bonaire's west coast at the Port of Kralendijk (pronounced Kroll-en-dike), the island's capital.
The sheer size of AmaMagna provides flexibility, both in cabin options and dining choices. While the ship is much larger than other river ships, it holds only 196 passengers. AmaWaterways wisely put that extra space into creating bigger, innovative cabins with large balconies and a bevy of creature comforts. The ship has seven fully loaded suites, but even the introductory cabins -- those that feature two windows rather than balconies -- are smartly designed and offer lots of space and storage.
Unlike other cruise lines, Norwegian doesn't have formal nights, but passengers are urged to dress up for the line's Norwegian's Night Out, held once per cruise on weeklong sailings. You'll rarely see a tux or gown, but suits and cocktail dresses are not unheard of.
