As a travel agency that specializes in Disney Destinations, we are so thankful to have former Disney cast members on our team. Their experiences at both Disneyland and Walt Disney World make them amazing travel advisors.

That being said, we also realize how much their fellow cast members are hurting right now. With the recent layoff announcement and so many cast members still being furloughed, we want to help them in any way that we can.

Over the next few weeks, we will be showcasing some of our favorite small businesses that are owned by cast members that have been impacted by the recent layoffs and furloughs.

To our friends and family:

You may have not heard much from many of us lately, and being in the travel industry in the midst of an international health crisis is a clear reason why. We've been so busy working with our guests to ensure they are taken care of, their trips canceled or modified, and that all of their questions are answered as quickly as possible.

This is a dark time for many, and yet we are reminded that there are brighter days yet to come. We are hopeful that you are enjoying the small moments of the slower pace of life during all of this.

Throughout this process, you have been so supportive, and our KTTC family has been so supportive of one another. We are so grateful for the love and support as we muddle through and quite frankly head "into the unknown." Yes, cue the Frozen 2 song in your head!

Providing our guests with the utmost attention during these trying times is what we do naturally. However, it's been realized through many of your responses to us, that this is what sets us apart from others, especially those discounted websites or large big box stores who sell you bulk paper towels, but also trips. We thank you, we thank you for your support yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Please stay safe, and healthy; and remember us when you are thinking about your next trip.

Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in Southern California and Disney Cruise Line are experiencing temporary closures through the remainder of the month of March 2020. By March 16, 2020, this will be in effect at all locations.

At Disney World, hotels and Disney Springs are currently remaining open, but that could change, so please stay tuned.

We are currently working as quickly and efficiently as possible to support our guests traveling during this temporary closure.
