This coming Saturday MODEL BUS SHOW - For all those interested in model buses, Saturday 23rd March 10-3pm, will be our 2nd Midland Bus Kits Model Bus show. Our March 2023 event proved so popular; we have had to find a bigger venue. The Genesis Entertainment Centre 32 46 King Street, Alfreton DE55 7DQ. There is Disabled access and an onsite café.
At the show will be sales stalls, selling diecast model buses and resin kits and accessories, the largest selection of waterslide transfers in the UK, Model bus displays and layouts, a 3d printing demonstration by Three Peaks Models and a scratch building demonstration by Alan Johnson as well as 2 large working Tram Layouts. Regarding Parking at our show - There is Limited Parking/Disable parking at the front of the venue, but more parking for the Genesis Centre can be found in the RED Genesis parking bays within the Alfreton Leisure Centre car park Church St, Alfreton DE55 7BD​, or Alfreton Leisure centre is offering parking at £8 for a full day or £5 for half a day, you will have to go to their reception to register your registration plate. You can access the Model Bus Show between red car parking bays 31 and 32. PLEASE NOTE When parking at the venue YOU MUST ENTER YOUR REGISTRATION ON THE COMPUTER SYSTEM ON THE FRONT DESK, THIS GIVES YOU PERMISSION TO PARK THERE FREE
