NEXT WINE DINNERS: APRIL 12 & 13

We're thrilled to announce our continued partnership with 5th & Wine in Great Falls, known around the table as outstanding and inviting hosts. Along with them will be special guest, Javier Bayona of Bodegas Familia Chávarri, from Rioja Alavesa, Spain.

Check out the proposed Spanish themed menu to compliment Javier and his family's historic vineyard. The courses will be the same both nights, but the wines will change.

Due to the premium wines being served, this event will be $159 person. You are welcome to book a room for the night and breakfast the next morning for a night out of the house!

Love is in the air - and our Valentine's Wine Dinner is just under two weeks out!

We're partnering with Nate Nelson from The Bozeman Wine Gallery, who is always a joy to have and who brings an amazing knowledge of wine to the event.

Keep reading for a sneak peak of the menu, and be sure to make your reservations. Only two spots left for Saturday night and a handful for Friday!

Menu
1st Course ~ Betteraves a la Poitevine: Beets braised in caramelized onions and white wine. Served with Kale and Amaltheia goat cheese crostini

2nd Course ~ Sole Veronique: Dover sole poached in a white wine sauce with green grapes, tarragon and creme fraiche

3rd Course ~ Crepinette du Porc: Berkshire pork sausage and greens, wrapped in pork caul fat, pan seared and served over a warm French Lentils en vinaigrette.

4th Course ~ Steak au Poivre: Montana Filet mignon, with a peppercorn crust, served over Pommes Fondants, and sauteed Vegetable

5th Course ~ Mont Blanc: Classic French Dessert of cake, meringue, chestnut puree, whipped cream and powdered sugar.

Wine dinners are back! Hard to believe it's been over a year and half. Because of covid and construction if the Madison Lodge, our last dinners were in February of 2020. Oh how we have missed them!
